Got an argument from Tony the minute I walked in. Requested the new tires be rotated to the front and front to rear. Got a B.S. story about putting new tires on the rear of a front drive vehicle.
Geezus! Like I don’t know anything about cars. After pressing him to do it the way I wanted it, it was finally done.
The speed of the repair was good, but let the buyer beware.
In the meantime, Tony was evasive about showing me the paperwork.
Tony didn’t rebalance the front tires as requested, but didn’t charge me for that either.
I think Tire Rack and an independent gas station will get my business next time.

These people care go to any lengths to save my car. When I dropped my car off they, had someone drive me home free of charge, and return a couple hours later to bring me back to my car at my leisure. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Went to this place as «any port in a storm» as I had punctured my tire while driving. Long story short: while I was driving, the tire light came on, I drove to the nearest parking lot and checked the tires, and found a hissing sound along with a piece of metal in the tire. After discovering this, I quickly drove to the nearest tire place (I detected this in the early stages of the deflation, so it was still drivable), and this was that place.
That said, these guys took care of me, and got me on my way pretty quickly. Acknowledging that this was an unscheduled stop, and that I was waiting on the repair, they took the car in right away, and had me on my way in less than an hour. Total cost $ 32.36, and no attempts at upselling.

Great customer service. Seems honest and not trying to get over. Very organized and professional. Nice waiting area. Did not seem pressed to get you to get service done right away.
