Was referred to this place by a friend because she raved about the good prices. My experience here was a little bit different. I came wanting a normal pedicure and gel polish on my fingers. The employee told me it would be $ 30 for just gel polish so I decided to not get it knowing that I can get the same gel polish down the street for $ 10 cheaper. Then I was escorted to a chair by a worker expecting to get my toes done immediately as it was a slow time at the nail salon. The employee than started the water and stated I’m going to get something to eat I’ll be right back and goes into a back room. I waited for 15 minutes to get my toe nails done with my feet in the water as she would periodically walk around and talk with co workers snacking on chips. Most likely won’t be back any time soon. I felt as though I was sitting around wasting my time when I could of done something more constructive

Horrible customer service. I came in for a manicure. The owner tried to make me get the services from the worse manicure, been there before. Then an inexperienced manicurist. I asked to wait for the person I wanted to do my nails. She let Lee
Me wait for 20 mins then said, I could only get my nails done by the inexperienced lady. No thanks. I’ll spend my money where I am appreciated.

After leaving T&N mad because they have 0 customer service, I went across the street to here because I know they’re always kind and willing to squeeze me in.
MY TOES ARE BEAUTIFUL & they had the EXACT color I was looking for.
All of this while I was taken care of with smiles and caring hands.
Come here if you want to chill out and receive excellent service!

Came in with my mom to get pedicures. I am pregnant and I felt light headed and fainted. They were all very responsive and made sure I was okay. Everyone was very nice and understanding. Even gave me a protein drink. Oh and by the way my manicure and pedicure are beautiful!

Will never be back to this shop. Received a polish change on my toes while waiting for my barber/​cousin, who works at the barber shop next door. When I entered the doors, I could tell already by the pregnant woman’s demeanor that she didn’t want to be bothered. She spoke super low, and had the nerve to have an attitude. I understand you’re pregnant, but if you plan to work (especially off of tips), you need to adjust your nasty attitude or don’t come to work. It was horrible service not to mention, the lady that was in the drying area with me said «I hope these ladies don’t expect a tip from me»! All I could do was chuckle and reply with «same here; won’t be back»!

My sisters have been coming to this salon for years. I don’t usually indulge myself so I usually only come about once per summer season over the last 3 years. I have always had a good experience. Last night was about treating myself and my daughter as she prepares for her high school prom. I was seen by Lee, the owner and my daughter with Christine who has done her nail designs in the past– usually a birthday treat for my daughter from my sister– she’s probably visited the salon more than me! We arrived about 30 minutes before closing and they were quite busy, but Lee greeted us immediately and took good care of us, as she always does. There are nail salons on every corner, however I will continue to come out of my way to visit Nails 2000 in Laurel because of Lee and her staff!

This place is the worse it smells like sewer water, and needs to be updated. I’ve gotten a manicure done and the polish lasted on my fingers all but three hours. I let the guy that sit in the back do a gel tip fill and his work was awful, he was defiantly rude and Needless to say he didn’t get a tip from me. I will never give this place another dollar from my wallet. Only reason this got a star is because I had no choice
