0 stars if I could. The owner/​trainer is a complete asshole. Perhaps he needs to go back and learn what it means to «train.» I never received an initial weigh in, never received the little name thing on the wall to track my results, asked for it multiple times, and he always seem bothered whenever I had a question. Some of the others who worked there, I can’t remember the lady trainer’s name, has 100x more people skills than the owner. He would say negative things to my partner as I tried to make my way through the workouts. Aren’t you there to encourage people? But yea I would recommend this place to no one, regardless of the results. Just no people skills at all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS and find a trainer that actually has people and customer service skills.

This is an overall review for the weight lose challange orientation and the information provided. I like to support locals and it said free. I found information session in Facebook and went to check it. It is advertised as FREE 6 weeks weight lose Challange but it is NOT free. They will ask to pay $ 399. The idea itself is unhealthy that they are advertising weight lose not healthy work out and eating. They demand their clients to advertise them by using their Facebook profile picture, they demand checking in every time the client is in for a workout, and they also demand a five stars review upon completing the program. This is why all of their reviews are five stars lol Well, I did not sign for the program, I am not a fan of the idea of loosing weight fast. I am also very tiny and cannt get ride of more than 2 lbs a week so I know am not getting a refund lol They make fun of gyms like Planet Fitness but you know Planet fitness gym has free personal trainers who try to educate you for a better health. The valuable information that you will learn is: they will provide you with a list of food to eat only for it that you can find online and I personally was afraid of starving. Also, they will encourage you to work out for a 30 hours during the program with is doable. In few, if you have extra money and serious extra weight problem ask your physician before getting into any commitment. I recommend eating healthy and working out on your own or with a group of friend also try
really free and real.

I just finished my 20lb in 6 week challenge and I’m down 28lbs and 6 inches off my waist. The results in of itself speak highly of the program’s success! But the best, is the accountability, the tools, and the FAMILY it provides.
This program, the coaches, the veterans provide you with ample tools to get started and finish strong.
You are given step by step instructions to succeed from nutrition to recovery to exercise regiment in and out of the training facility. The training is not easy but it’s not supposed to be. Transformation requires work!
The sense of community and teamwork and spirit is my favorite part! Everyone there is there for the same purpose, to make a change for the better! We encourage, we compete (friendly), we advise, and we grow strong together! The coaches are beyond supportive, fun, energetic, and there to HELP! One of the scariest feelings is that your alone and you don’t have the accountability so you give up. NOPE! not with the family at FOTC! You WILL not be alone ever!
This challenge is free but would someone really stick to such an intense lifestyle without some type of thing to lose?!! (I know I wouldn’t hence the million diets I’ve tried and lost money too). You do have to put something up to give you that extra push to want to get it back, which you do when you reach your goal! It makes a huge difference in how hard you push when you have money on the line, but that much sweeter when you get it back! EVERYTHING is worth the cost because you get EVERYTHING! first step is to commit and roll with it!
I highly recommend this program and I am now a year member with new goals, a new family, and a new confidence I could never had without this program!
GET UP AND DO IT!

I just finished my first 20lb challenge. While I was a couple pounds shy of the goal, overall, the experience was great.
Technical value: In the beginning, you are provided with a nutritional guide to follow through the entire challenge. The first week was definitely the toughest, and I hurt in muscles I didn’t know existed. The workouts didn’t leave me sore after the first week, but they definitely didn’t get easy as the trainers switched up the workout style every week to keep things fresh.
Emotional value: One thing that I definitely want to mention is the sense of community here. Over the weeks, it became more apparent that everyone was in this as a team and came up with daily or weekly themes. Everyone is encouraging each other through the workouts, and when you’re five seconds away from giving up on a workout move and the person next to you cheers you on that you can make it, it gives you that strength to make it until the end. Also, during the final weigh-​out, it was amazing to see so many people with positive attitudes and confidence even through not making the goal.
Financial value: I do think it is important to be upfront about the cost. The facebook ads do tell you that the challenge is free, which is not 100% accurate. You do have to put a deposit down to join as motivation to lose the weight. If you succeed, you can get a refund or roll over into another challenge. With that said, the value of the workouts, support, and guidance is definitely worth the cost. They also have monthly and annual programs, so even if you don’t want to commit to the challenge, there are other options.

I first saw this advertisement on Facebook and thought to myself why not! I have been struggling with my weight for the past 4 – 5 years, it has gone up and down like a roller coaster that just wont come to a plateau.
I didn’t know what to expect on the first day of boot camp/​training but it was INTENSE but doable. I enjoyed every minute of it and thought that the exercises were awesome. I would not have done these exercises on my own and I am glad that I learned a few things about form and what muscles I was working on.
I have to thank all the amazing coaches at FOTC! I love you all, you were the reason for my success and determination! Tommy, Trudi and Nick you guys are amazing people and I am glad to have met you and hope to see you soon at the bikini challenge (well except for Nick who I wish the best in your life endeavors). I would also like to thank Joe of course for this amazing program and helpful tips!
The people in this program are also amazing! They motivate and help each other when one may feel like they are ready to give up. I even had a fit family member push me to do a back to back at 5PM and 6PM. After that I couldn’t get enough and was doing back to backs about 3 – 4 times a week!
I lost 20.2lbs over the course of 6 weeks and learned some very valuable fitness tips! I recommend this to anyone who is struggling with their weight lost but you got to follow the damn instructions and stick to eating healthy!

I took the latest 6 week 20lb weightless challenge and managed to loose 21lbs and 2 inches off of my waist with the help and encouragement of the FOTC team. The workouts were tough and there were some sore muscles in the beginning, but I found myself gaining the strength and endurance needed to get through each workout every week. By the end of the 6 weeks I can say i am stronger, faster and ready to continue my journey in another challenge. I learned that the body can achieve anything you allow it to, and once you get over the mental fear, success is inevitable!

I just finished my second program and will continue with them. I have currently lost 33 pounds in 3 months and 6 inches off my waist. The trainers have an amazing supportive attitude and the boot camps are challenging and fun. It is a family environment and you make a lot of friends. You work hard, laugh and most importantly get results!

Just completed one round of the 6 week challenge and am highly impressed with my results of 15.6lbs down and 6.6 inches off of my waist. I feel good and look good but you have to determined to work hard and follow the instructions in order to get the results you’re looking for. Thanks to all my trainers for pushing me to FINISH STRONG!

I’ve been to a few Bootcamps and this one exceeds them all! I needed the nutritional & accountability along with great workouts, great trainers who believe we CAN do it!!! best of all I lost weight & inches!!!
