Sandwiches and donuts were outstanding! The roll and bagel were soft and fresh. The entire staff is very friendly, overall a great experience… I will be a regular!

Best donuts in the area. The fancy cream donuts are light and delicious. The staff is always friendly. I love this place.

I ordered(over the phone) a onion bagel egg sandwich toasted 2x. I paid $ 4.28 for a multi-grain shitty tough bagel that was cold, not toasted, and tasteless.

So great! All the reviews I read were correct. What a great place. Not super busy, which is great because there’s not a lot of places to sit, but otherwise, great! The server was cheerful and super helpful. The bagel breakfast was huge and the cider apple donuts were amazing!

I had breakfast here today with my son. It was a good breakfast at a decent price. It was good old fashioned home cooking made to order. It wasn’t frozen and flash heated like at Dunkin.

I thought donut shops are suppose to have donuts in it. I walked in to find only 2 trays of donuts and nothing else. Another over rated shack that’s falling apart. Go to dunkin donuts it’s better.

Great donuts as always, try bagel special sandwich: toasted bagel with bacon, tomato and cream cheese! Always friendly staff.

My only experience is with take out. The donuts are much better than your chain donuts. I prefer their simple glazed donuts. The sandwich to get is definitely the Fat Jack. There’s enough sandwich for two if your not in the mood for a heavy breakfast. It’s very filling, tasty, and inexpensive. Their potatoes are great as well. I’d come here to get a hearty breakfast

Classic old school coffee shop that has been around for years. Friendly staff that works quick. Donuts have unique flavors and fillings. They have breakfast sandwiches on bagels and on soft rolls(yum!). I brought them to a family members house for breakfast and they got thumbs up all around.

UPDATE: I used to enjoy this place, but when I asked for water with my sandwich they said they no longer give free water, I have to buy it. I’m gonna miss coming here.

Great alternative to Dunkin Donuts and Wawa. Most times if you want something cheap and quick you have to sacrifice taste, or if you want something that tastes great you have to pay a little more. This place made it so you get both: great tasting and inexpensive.

Tried to stop in early Sunday. The time on Unilocal says 7 am. The time on the door said – be back at 5 am. At 6 am, I was getting dumb looks from the girl inside but she was not giving me any indication of what was what. There were no donuts in the trays so I left, disappointed.

Called for a simple request of steak, egg, and cheese on a bagel. The manager or owner or whoever screamed at me on the phone because I asked for a simple request. I’ve worked in the restaurant business for over 12 years. And that’s not good customer service. I really enjoy jacks. But now I’ll drive a little farther to bagel bin to not get yelled at.

Needed a place to get a breakfast sandwich and this place came up with very high reviews. I saw they had a sandwich called the fat kid. Typical sandwich but inbetween 2 glazed donuts. Omg best thing ever. Now that’s a complete breakfast lol

Forget Krispy Kreme; this is the place to go for delicious, freshly-made doughnuts. I’ve been going here for maybe five years, and never had a bad experience. The staff is always very friendly as well. The only two reasons I have to give this place four stars instead of five are: 1. They close by 3pm; you have to come early. 2. They only accept cash. Come on now, it’s 2014. Get with. Other than those two minor gripes, Jack’s is excellent. I’d recommend it without hesitation over any other doughnut place.

Great donuts. I’ve never tried anything else here, except for the donuts. They are just like DD donuts, except they are made fresh and they taste good. I had a standard white cream filled donut and there was real cream inside, such a novel idea! When places like this go out of business, we will be forced to eat DD donuts. So, today, I’m running on Jack’s !!!

I really don’t know what the hype is about this place. After many years of wanting to try it out and hearing about it. I gave it a shot. It’s a tiny place filled with people that look at you weird for having some melanin in your skin… That being said, its CASHONLY. and they charge for everything, no free refills on coffee. I had their donuts(which are actually good and fresh) and we their specialty breakfast sandwiches. They messed up both sandwiches and combined things from the other etc. But w/e we didn’t complain much. The small space made it very awkward since the staff just stared at us and had nowhere else to go… so if you try this place out… Get it to go!

This place is tiny and dated but clean. I felt sort of weird sitting inside this restaurant because it was so small and I usually don’t like sitting that close to strangers. The donuts were delicious. I had a Danish and my friend had an apple filled donut. Both were very fresh. Coffee was mediocre. Breakfast sandwiches were wrong when my friend and I received them with the breakfast meats being switched. The sandwiches were just not good and flavorless. Their new pumpkin spice donut was very tasty. Con: cash only

Was looking for a donut place on Unilocal as I was bored of Dunkin Donuts every morning. This place had charming reviews so I took the short drive over, and was very satisfied! It’s small, and has a cozy diner-feel. i would definitely like to sit in for breakfast next time. Their coffee is fantastic, and I got the apple filling donut which tastes much fresher and apple-y than at DD, and a vanilla frosting which I could really taste the delicious dough. The cashier girl was very friendly too. Cash only!

Everything is always consistently good at this place. Their food is amazing and as another reviewer previously said, you will never eat at a chain donut shop after eating Jack’s. The breakfast sandwiches are out of this world amazing. The donuts are so fresh and delicious. The service is also great. Everyone is always pleasant. The only downside is it’s cash only. But it’s absolutely worth the stop at the ATM.
