Conquest Home Care Plus, Inc. is a state licensed home health agency located in Broward and Dade counties. We provide private assistance and support services for individuals in their homes, hospitals, nursing homes, or assisted living facilities. We make every effort to assign caregivers according to the needs of our clients. Prior to any assignment, all caregivers must undergo a Level 2 background screening.

When you contact us, a representative from the agency will visit with you or your family member to conduct an interview and determine the right health care package for you. We accept most long term care insurances.
