Dos Funny Frogs

I purchased a Living Social voucher back in October. It took multiple phone calls and emails to get the first appointment back in early December. I received a confirmation phone call a few days before and the following day received a phone call that they were unable to make the appointment. This wouldn’t be so bad except they gave me 2 choices of dates for the appointment reschedule over a month later!
When the crew arrived, it was actually 3 people, not 2, which was fine by me. They were personable enough, the one gentleman playing with my animals and talking to me.
They were here 1 hour, 15 minutes which is 45 minutes less than the service was supposed to be. If the house was cleaned to satisfaction, that would be one thing, but it was NOT.
The products they used might be ‘green’, however they also leave a residue which was found on my granite counters and bathroom sinks. On one of my televisions, I found their product smeared on the screen. You DO NOT CLEAN FLAT SCREEN TV’s with ANYTHING OTHER than SPECIALIZED products!
There were several areas that were not dusted well at all, much less cleaned.
I was hoping to find a company that I could rely on for continual bi-​weekly service, but dos funny frogs turned out to be bad toads!

Not based on their actual cleaning service — more on their customer service. I called to get some information about cleaning my apartment and was told to go onto the website, fill out the form and someone would get back to me with a quote. That was over 2 weeks ago. I do not have a living social deal, I am a customer that was/​is going to pay full price. I understand maybe they have to much business but put an ad on Craigslist or something before you start losing more potential customers. I hope I do hear back from them and am able to update my review in the future.

I purchased the 2 hour cleaning with 2 crew members from living social for $ 45. I tried calling the 800 number on the voucher but got no response so i looked them up online and called the local number, a girl picked up and told me to fill out the online form which i did and they would contact me. I waited 3 days and called back, a man picked up and told me i would here back but still nothing. Frustrated i called living social, explained my experience and they gave me a refund.
I think dos funny frogs is probably a small company that couldn’t handle the volume. By The way the email form they told me to fill out hasn’t been responded to this day and never got a call back.

Run, don’t walk away from this company!!! This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a «business». They do not return phone calls or emails, and when you try to leave a message you find out thier mail box is full and not accepting any new messages (undoubtedly full of complaints from previous suckers — I mean customers). They misrepresent their services and their pricing. Luckily, Unilocal was able to refund my purchase price.
If I could give them negative points I would do so. They deserve zero stars!!!

I called them shortly after purchasing a 2 hour cleaning voucher from livingsocial for $ 45. I needed cleaning help for a move-​out from a Miami condo. There was no answer, so I left a message. The message was never returned so I called back a few days later. I was instructed to schedule via the website by a gentleman on the phone. By now, it was within a week of my move. So, I put in for the requested date, specifying the time I needed due to the move-​out date and realtor inspection time. I never got any response either confirming the time or saying that there was no open slot for that time. I have now moved and have no way to use the voucher that I purchased.
Due to the fact that the service didn’t perform the cleaning for which I had already paid, didn’t call back from my original phone call, and didn’t respond to my online scheduling (whether they could fit the requested time or not), I cannot recommend this service nor give them anything higher than the minimum rating.

The most professional and organized cleaning company I’ve used in Fort Lauderdale.
I got the deal on Unilocal and so glad I did.
Bill from customer service is great! They emailed the day before to confirm, then called me an hour before to confirm.
I really like that.
They were right on time, very friendly, and did an fabulous job. They scrubbed, scrubbed, scrubbed! I was very comfortable with them in my home.
These are very honest and hard working people.
My entire place was sparkling and the floors gleaming when they left.
My only disappointment was that they don’t do dishes. If they did I would give 5 stars

I purchased a $ 49 deal ( Unilocal) for a $ 89 cleaning service and I’m happy I did… The Customer Service is outstanding, excellent follow up to the service provided, Bill will call you to let you know when he is coming in to your house (before starting the cleaning) and when he is coming out (after completing the cleaning service) and my house is sparkling clean, these guys are detailed oriented and very professional, definitely will call them again. Thanks Bill!!!

I called a few times to get prices and to set up service and it went to vm, left vms. No return call. I sent an e-​mail, no response. I’d hate to see what it would be like if I was a customer who needed to get ahold of them if they can’t even respond to potential customers.

I am 39 weeks pregnant and wanted a place that could help out with a nice detailed cleaning of my home. After checking a few reviews this placed seemed great.
I spoke with Bill on the phone who sent me an estimate online. Bill and his team arrived promptly, and were very friendly. They did an amazing job on my home, even cleaning the picture frames and base boards, all sort s of stuff.
If you are in the market for a clean house call these guys! Plus they match coupons!
15 hours later, and my home still smells fresh and clean!
