Save Mart

I only go here when I don’t feel like driving far since it’s the only grocery store in Lathrop. The workers are rude. I even had one at the bakery giving me the dirtiest look as she walked past me. Really? Learn some manners. The prices are high compared to other places. I ordered a cake the other day and it took them about 10 minutes to find my cake. I specifically ordered a whip cream cake cuz I hate buttercream but I ended up with a buttercream cake. Ruined my daughters party cuz nobody really ate the cake cuz it was too sweet. Never ordering cake from here again.

Just went last night check your receipt people. I was over charged for my items sales and coupons on your account also malfunction. Imagine being over charged not making it out the store for the cashier to tell you they r off and you have to wait only to get a cashier that’s offened your returning your items… Manteca here I come
The store is super clean but not priced competitive at all. Thanks giving they actually took all the pie crust out and maxed out the price on their own. The employees are great with the exception. Dave is a nice guy but gets picked on regularly. After seeing this a few times I gotta say Margaret is mean to this guy snarls behind his back and talks to him like carp in front of everyone. The brunette courtesy clerk always complains and gossips in the lanes about customers. The guy in front of me spoke to me you could tell he was uncomfortable in social situations after he payed and left the clerk says he was trying to talk me and make a joke he was creepy… The guy didn’t like her didn’t even try anything close to her claims. I go here for quick small stuff I rather go to Manteca

I’m trying to familiarize myself with local stores as I’m just moving into the area. I’m almost certain that I’ll be shopping at Target but I want to know all of the options.
I found the prices to be a bit high, even compared to Raley’s. Maybe, it’s just the combination of things that I would buy, or when I’m in full work mode, it might be better than my first experience.
I started to pick up a small drink and the price was worse than a convenience store, which is difficult to believe. Once again, probably a bad example and with a wide assortment, the final total of groceries could be lower than other stores.
