Team Goewey What a Guy

My daughter was looking to purchase her first car and didn’t have the best of credit. After 4 others dealer tried to take advantage of her we ended up here and purchased a Hyundai Tucson. It was the only vehicle my daughter wanted and they were able to get her a loan. This was the most relaxed purchase I have ever made. No strong arming of any sort. I would definately recommend Talking to Bryan or Jake if u are in the market!!! You won’t be disappointed.

I’ve always purchased cars from private owners so this was my first experience with a dealer and I have to say, Goewey exceeded my expectations. I was extremely nervous since this was my first car loan and Bryan along with Sunmark (the credit union he sent me to next door), worked together very nicely and the process was smooth on the financial side of things. In addition to the money part of the deal, the customer service was wonderful. I drive by this dealership everyday and look at the lot from a distance but I’ve never stopped by. When I did finally make the stop, I had no idea I was going to be walking away with a new car so quickly. I was immediately welcomed by someone who invited me to look around, I felt no pressure whatsoever. I went inside where I met Bryan who asked me what exactly I was looking for. I didn’t think I would hear back from him but within an hour of leaving I received a call that he found the exact car I wanted. He stayed late for it to arrive and we stopped by to test drive it. I thought it was too good to be true. Between the time I first went to Goewey and sold my old car to pick up my new one, it was only a few days. Bryan has also been consistent in speaking with me and helping me understand how everything works with paperwork, finances, etc. He’s been very helpful and has a genuine way of making you feel like you’re his only customer, which I know I’m not but I’m thankful for the positive experience. Also, I’m extremely happy with my purchase so far, I bought a 2012 Prius and I would definitely recommend Goewey to anyone.

Nightmare. Bought a car there several months ago. It was back in their shop within 72 hours, with a broken coil spring, and non functioning AC. When I got it back it still wasn’t fixed. They claimed it was just «Road noise». When it got worse, I took it back again, bad wheel bearing. Still hasn’t resolved so I took it to a reputable dealer (which means NOT back to Goewey) and now they tell me bad CV Boots, all 4 coil springs, and a few other things. I could only afford to fix the CV boots under the «warranty» they sold me. Cost for that warranty repair you ask? Just under $ 500. I wouldn’t buy a bike from these guys if it was still in the box. «What a guy» is right. Shop there if you wish, but you have been warned.

I can’t tell you what a gift it was dealing with Team Gowey! Just before the new year our car needed close to $ 800 worth of work. There was no way we were putting that kind of money into a 14 year old car! We poked around on line and found a couple of cars we really liked. Called and Bryan told us he would be happy to meet us on New Year’s Day! Well, we test drove and filled out papers. It’s been a rough year for us and he told us to let him make some calls to credit unions in the area before we went with a high interest lender. Boom! Two days later we had a great loan with a great rate and drove away our great car! You would think it stopped there. The tires weren’t the best so we bought new ones and replaced a rear windshield wiper. I called Bryan and and he reimbursed a large part of what was spent! This was over a month ago! We called again about getting a key (which costs about $ 150 to buy and program) and he came to my job, got my car, got it keyed, paid for it and then brought my car back to my office! I ask you — why go anywhere else!!! We are SO pleased with Goewey and highly, highly recommend them!

GREAT PRICES, EVEN BETTER SERVICE!
After deliberating over what type of vehicle and where to buy it, I landed at Team Goewey in Latham. I think I drove every truck and SUV in the lot, because I knew I needed a large vehicle for my business and I couldn’t decide which one. The last vehicle I drove was a Ford F-​250 with a Power Stroke Diesel. This was the truck for me! Priced under KBB, clean Car Fax, and kept in great condition. After driving it for 3000 miles, the check engine light comes on and white smoke came out of the tail pipe. I was very disappointed because I knew I was right at the end if my warranty. Could have been 10 miles over or under, but it was that close. Brian told me that I should bring it in to have it checked out. I was certain I was going to hear really bad news. DIESEL ENGINES ARE NOT CHEAP TO REPAIR! He never even asked me where I was in terms of my warranty, HE JUST FIXED IT! My luck was bad, but thankfully, the service was good. Thanks Brian! I’ll send anyone looking for a vehicle your way!
