I absolutely love this dental office. It is rare to have a nice and clean waiting room, along with polite and great staff. Everyone is top notch with their service and I will be recommending Vegas Smiles to everyone. I really enjoy the options for sedation that are not overpriced, also they have all the high tech gizmos but they are not searching to overcharge you to pay for these tech luxuries. They have turned me into a believer again. In the past I have had some bad experiences but I am going to continue with Vegas Smiles and their helpful care.

Dr. Gussow an his team are amazing. They always make you feel welcome an very at ease. They are all very gentle an listen to your concerns, which for me is very important as I have had bad experiences with dentists. They explain everything in detail so you know exactly what’s going on. The office is very nice an they have an amazing coffee machine an treats while you wait. I never have to wait long when I get there as they are always spot on with appointments., I’m so glad my best friend recommended them to me. I highly recommend this dentist to everyone. They are great.

This is by far the best dentist I have ever went to. I have had more than one horrible, and very painful, experience with dentists. As a result, I never went unless I was in pain. My smile suffered, gum disease had receded my gums so bad my teeth looked horrible, what I had left of them. I was embarrassed and scared but I took the first step and thankfully found Dr Bill and his office. Now less than 3 weeks after my first visit I have brand new teeth and the smile I had in my 20’s! Full dentures on the top and a partial on the bottom and they look and feel fantastic. The quality of the dentures is so great they look like my own teeth. This office specializes in people like me. People with dentist phobias. From the minute you walk in they treat you with respect and the utmost care. The office is not full of people waiting for hours. I’ve never waited more than a few minutes. The doctor spent almost half hour explaining my options during my consultation visit. I never feel rushed or like he is running from patient to patent they set aside time just for you. They were never judgemental about how my teeth were they just dealt with how to get them back to where I wanted them, and they so did!

It’s possible that this dentist office might be on the expensive side, but they are well worth it. Like the previous reviewer, I absolutely loathe going to the dentist, but Dr. Gussow made it as painless (literally) as possible for me.
The doctors and the hygienists are very nice and considerate — they don’t judge you or make fun of you for the condition of your teeth. They tell you exactly what will happen during the procedure and will warn you if something is going to hurt or not. Best of all, they offer sedation dentistry. It is so worth it! I don’t remember anything that happened during my very long procedure and I’m very grateful for that.
They also work with different credit agencies to work out payment arrangements. This means that even if you don’t have insurance, you can still have a pretty smile.
I highly recommend this place for anyone who has dental fears.

I HATE going to the dentist. I have to be sedated for most procedures. I’d had a terrible experience trying to get a root canal at another local dentist and so was very nervous about completing the procedure elsewhere, but I needed sedation and this place does that. The two dentists here (Acosta and Gussow — hope I spelled those correctly) were wonderful, friendly and patient. They clearly explained the procedure and what to expect, and didn’t belittle my fear of being in pain.
The waiting room is small but nice, and they serve you free cookies and coffee (ironic) and even give you a flower when you leave.
The staff and assistants are great, and customer service is excellent. If you provide them with cell phone information, they’ll send you a text message to your phone to remind you of an appointment. Although I don’t want more dental work, I have more procedures to get done and they are the only people I’ll let near me!
