Fixed my iPhone screen and camera in an hour just like he said he would. Charged a reasonable price. Was very knowledgable nice and professional. Phone looks and works great and my battery doesn’t die as fast. Very pleased

I brought my iPhone 5s in to repair my cracked phone screen and my home button.
When my phone was returned the button wasn’t laying even and the screen would fade from regular to a faded grey filter. It would stop for a while and then come back on normally.
I called and was told to bring it in today if I wanted it fixed. I work 9 – 9 daily so I had my dad bring my phone to them. He tried telling my father nothing was wrong with it.
It worked fine when I got it back.
But after charging it started fading again so I called and he told me it was my phone and not the replaced screen. But I tried explaining my phone has never done this before. He explained that my phone is in «horrible» condition when in actuality it’s pretty good, it all worked great.
Now the whole right side of my phone is grey and there is nothing he can do.
I’m frustrated. I spent $ 120 to get a grey screen but he agreed to give me a refund.
Update: I had my dad, because I was working, go and try to get the refund that I was promised. He went in and the guy said that he told me that if I brought the screen back he would give me $ 70. Um not what you said. He then proceeded to argue with my dad when my father was just stating facts that I had been told. Needless to say I’m out my money and going after the business.

Being super clumsy, I always drop my phone. I was recommended to Mason by a friend. He was very quick with fixing my phone and it works good as new! He provided me with the most reasonable price I’ve found. In my opinion he’s the best! as I’ve tried quite a few different places :)

My phone stopped charging, I called a couple places and found this place with the most reasonable price and the reason I decided to take my phone was that the person who answered the phone (Mason), gave me a lot of information and said he will diagnose it for free, if he has to replace the charging port it will be done the same day which it was very important to me to get my phone fixed as soon as possible. He even gave me a loaner phone till my phone is ready to be picked up! That’s why I feel this place is the most professional repair shop for cellphone. Thanks again Mason!

I highly recommend this business and its owner. I was skeptical using a repair service for my water damaged phone even after the process was explained to me. I went ahead and agreed to the service because Mason took the time to explain to me how it worked and set realistic expectations. I was so pleased when he called me just a few hours later to let me know that the phone was fixed! It did need some parts replaced and Mason was more than fair with the pricing. He gave me advice on what to do and not to do in the future if I find myself in the same predicament/​I would definitely return because both the repair and customer service were stellar!

This is my first time writing a negative review about a company. I made a Unilocal account JUST to write this review.
I purchased a magnetic-​wallet phone case for my iPhone 5 here. I absolutely love the magnetic aspect of the case. I purchased for $ 25 and felt it was a great deal. About a week later the card holding portion of the wallet ripped (only two cards in a slot) and I did my best to mend it with tape; I didn’t have an extra $ 25 to spend on a new case. A couple of months later I gave in and went back to buy another. I showed the same man (owner) my wallet and asked if he had heard of the same sort of thing happening to others, he quickly responded, «No.» He proceeded to tell me that the wallet was $ 50 and only came down to the original $ 25 after my adamantly telling him that I had purchased the same wallet for $ 25. Oh well, I was excited to have a mint condition wallet! 2 days later the card holding portion of the wallet ripped in the SAME manner. I attempted to bring the wallet back on Saturday, closed. Sunday, closed. And then of course closed again on Monday (Memorial Day). I came back AGAIN on Tuesday, only to be told that he would do absolutely nothing for me. No refund. No exchange. So, I’ve paid $ 25 for the same broken ass wallet. Shame on me.
If you decide to shop here:
–He will base his prices on how much he feels he can take from you.
–The products are not high quality.
–if you are unhappy with the product, or the product breaks immediately (it very well may), you are stuck with the product.
The owner of Vegas Cellular seems like a kind and gentle man, but keep in mind, this is a small store, selling low-​mid quality product and attempting to make top profit, so buy products that you know are reliable, or shop somewhere that will take care of/​reimburse the customers that purchased faulty product

False advertising. Do not go here. The deal saids $ 60 for $ 75. Went in and the guy there said it was expired. I asked why is still up, he stated he didn’t removed it long time ago. Sure you did liar you just want people to go in.

Mason fixed my iPad, personally. What a great guy and a great place to go. I couldn’t find another place on the west side of town that does better work than Vegas Cellular. I brought in my iPad after being told that the device wouldn’t be able to be fixed, and they told me they could fix it. I was worried that he quoted me a price when I only showed him pictures, but he kept his promise and gave me the price he quoted.

I dropped my new Ipad2 that my son gave me for Christmas as gift and glass screen broke really bad. Since i have a budget, I called almost all the repair center close to my area. Most of them is charging an average of $ 120.00-$ 140.00. I called Vegas Cellular and spoke with Mason not only that he is very nice also very professional. He said he will fix my ipad for $ 95.00 only. When i went to the store Mason greeted me nicely and told him that im the one he talked on the phone. I also told him that The Unilocal said there should be a $ 20.00 discount if you get service fir morethan $ 60.00. He told me right away that he will give me the discount. Mason fixed my Ipad and very happy with the service. He is very professional and most importantly he fixed my ipad very cheap. I definitely come back and highly recommend their service.

Reality: Property is in worse condition upon our receipt.
Owner did say he would refund me my money when I come back in. When it came time to give me the money, he was no where to be found and told his employee «I don’t have time to deal with it.»
We were also, advised that I should come back another time or wait for him. Please, be mindful that this was our «6^th» trip to his store to take care of our phone issue.

Really bad customer service, they are always telling you different prices and giving you different quotes. Depending on the person whom you are speaking to, they will determine a different problem that needs fixing. I took my laptop here, and after a day or two, they claimed to have «fixed» it. After working for a few hours, it wouldn’t even turn on anymore! By the way, it had no problem turning on when I gave it to them.
Pretty sure they performed a temporary fix just so they could get paid. They ended up charging me more than they said they would and returned it to me with more problems than when I originally gave it to them.

Excellent repair completed on my IPad 2. It was water damaged. I was told that they would do everything possible to get it to work. Well… They got it working again. Job well done!!! I’m so happy with the repair. Owner is a very nice man. The prices he quoted were fair and reasonable. I highly recommend them! Also replaced glass on my 4s! Another fair price and great work!
My daughter just dropped her iPad 2 and the screen cracked!!! I’m taking it in tomorrow for repair. I would not go anywhere else for my devices.

I’ve had 2 terrible experiences with these guys. The first one was a couple of years ago when I brought my Iphone in for a repair & they couldn’t fix it & bricked my phone & tried to charge me $ 75 to pick it up. So I let them keep the bricked phone.
Second time was last week. My husband brought my phone in for the front glass replacement, not remembering the last visit. They up charged him, twice & now my LED & camera don’t work on my phone. They didn’t give him a receipt & he paid cash. So now I’m SOL & have to pay even more to get my phone to work fully. So far they’ve gotten a phone & $ 130 from us… BEWARE!!!
