We specialize in rent to own homes throughout Vegas and Clark County. We have connected owners with tenant/​buyers for many years (since 2004).

Lease option on homes is becoming very popular since many buyers are ex-​homeowners and don’t have the credit to buy in today’s market. Doing a lease option that can lead into ownership (via seller financing or conventional financing) is one way that makes everyone happy. Owners get a better quality person in their home who is also paying above average rents. Buyers get a way to secure themselves a home for future purchase without having issues of credit being thrown into their faces.

History

Established in 2004.

We have conducted many deals involving our lease option program. Many of them have actually even bought the homes they optioned out. Some were done on a seller carry note.

Our business does have an investment program and a bulk REO program for investors.
