Worst service ever. Agency no calls and has no one show up for over 2 business days. I had to call a third time, then I fired them. Buyer beware.

I found out about East Ridge through a friend of mine when I was desperately in search for work. From day one they have helped me in the most thorough and quick way. Chelsea is definitely on top of it, as well! I recommend going to them if you’re in serious need of help.

Not even worth 1 star but can’t leave a review without any stars. Couldn’t agree more with the other reviews. Here’s my experience with this company.
Filled out an application on March13th. Got a call from Tabitha Noble (administrative assistant) for a quick phone interview. Set up an appointment with Mariam Romero (account manager for the health division) for March 17th (Tue). Mariam Romero seemed like a nice person and acted like she really wanted to help. I was wrong. She told me she already had a Dental office that I would be a good candidate for and would send my resume to. She even offered to tweak my resume for the specific position. I was also told she would e-​mail me the assessment test for me to fill out. Never got it. As I was leaving she said if I didn’t hear from her by Thu to give her a call. I waited until the following Monday before calling her. I have since left her 3 messages. Never got a response. Today (April 10) I decided to call Tabitha Noble to find out what’s up, no call back as of yet.
To say the least this is very disappointing as I have been looking for work for 6 months now.
My suggestion go somewhere else.

This place is the worst. Do not waste your time. They start the process but if they don’t need you then they don’t respond to any of my messages. I reached out at least 13 times to follow up and nothing not even a peep. What a Joke. There’s one thing worst then not working and that’s given false hope

Terrible staff, not genuine, don’t call back, unprofessional and rude. Highly recommend DIFFERENT staffing companies other than this one. Very disappointed. Will not recommend or return.
