I have never been to a friendlier bank branch. All the tellers are very nice and they are helpful. Madison and one of the male tellers (I think he’s the supervisor) are always willing to go out of their way to make life easier. For example, they work to find ways to avoid long hold times on large deposits without me even asking.
Desiree is also very easy to work with if you are doing an auto, personal, or mortgage loan. And they’re rates always seem competitive for a regional bank to me.
This branch is rarely busy, it’s clean, and they have a cookie/​coffee cart for customers.
