Where have you guys been hiding? I am seriously so happy you guys have such a great and unique company. After the first day I saw you guys crossed the room at the Shelby Museum, I could not stop having these cravings for the delicious desserts that you guys prepare. My eyes opened so wide the first taste I had put in my mouth…
And from that day I was hooked.
My favorite has to be the Booze Munch, this would be under the alcohol infused treats. The taste and texture when you have your first bite is just heavenly. Honestly I don’t usually like sweets nor am I a big sweet tooth person, but this place is so addicting. They almost look like popcorn but just little bit bigger. They don’t have the kernel inside its just the puff, I think that is why it’s so exciting to eat. Its crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside.
I had a box of Booze Munch personally delivered to me at my work. At that time it was around my birthday so my girlfriend decided to surprise me. It had a cute note that they write for you going off what my girlfriend wanted it to say, plus they wrap it in a big bow and a pink box. The Booze Munch are only $ 5 a bag, so I had four full bags inside. Let me tell you for $ 5 its so worth it, its a good size for one bag. I think it took me like less than two week to eat them all. That was a good day!
I give you guys a a pat in the back for such a great business, definitely count on me to come back for more treats! Keep up the good work!
*Tips
1. If you are one of those people that like the taste of rum, this is for you! Its not to strong to the point you can taste any alcohol, but still gives that kick in flavor that makes this Booze Munch so tasty.
2. When you’re in need of a quick present or snack the deliver service is convenient, because they come to you so fast within the time you purchase them.

After sampling their goodies at a Unilocal event, I couldn’t wait to find these guys out in the wild. Well, I guess a park is wild enough.
The Cookie Bar is an relatively undersized food truck featuring some alcohol-​infused cookies, some non-​alcoholic cookies, and a few other goodies. They bake their stuff in an actual kitchen and they bag and tag the products for sale wherever they should go. They also do delivery, which I am going to consider in the future after the multiple samplings of their products.
They showed up to Sunset Park’d today, filling in the baked desserts niche very capably. I’d planned to visit them and convinced my friends to try them as well. While not everything was a hit, I definitely had some favorites. In a very particular order (favorite to least favorite), here’s a list of what we shared:
— Booze Munch ($ 5 for a bag): to my great disappointment, it seems like this was the only alcohol-​infused item today. It’s caramel rum puffed corn, and the rum-​touched sweetness perfectly melds with the awesome texture. Each piece is crunchy but quickly dissolves in your mouth. It kinda leaves you longing for more, and I’m concerned that the second bag that I picked up for my at-​home enjoyment won’t be enough.
— Nookie ($ 2 per cookie): new item for me, and awesome in spite of the lack of alcohol. Chocolate chip pecan cookie stuffed with caramel. The caramel contrbutes just enough of a gooey feel, and the overall texture and flavor is on par with the best chocolate chip cookies that I’ve had. I might actually get over the tragic loss of the 346 Patisserie chocolate chip cookies if I can get a steady supply of these.
— Pumpkin Punch ($ 3): a significant disappointment. I just realized that this was not the rum-​infused version that I loved at that Unilocal event. It still has a nice pumpkin flavor with a good cream cheese frosting and crunchy chopped walnuts, but it’s just not the same without rum.
— Chocolate Mojito ($ 2): it’s pretty much an Andes Chocolate Mint in cookie form, for better or for worse. I’m gonna lean toward the latter. It was gooey but not the kind of flavor that I want in a chocolate chip cookies.
— Tipsy Velvet ($ 2): despite the name, again it’s not the alcohol-​infused version. I can’t remember whether I actually tried it at the Unilocal event, but it wasn’t memorable then, and it won’t be too memorable now. Red velvet and white chocolate are not my favorite take on that dessert, but the texture was still good as always.
— Limoncello Cookie ($ 2): also not memorable, just a simple lemon cookie with a lemon liqueur glaze. It’s not outright bad, but it’s roughly event with the Tipsy Velvet for my least enjoyed cookie today.
I hope that The Cookie Bar will come around to Henderson or parts nearby with more alcohol-​infused treats. I get that it’s a family-​oriented food truck gathering that they attended today, but don’t forget the adults! Or if you actually had those treats available on your shelves but not on your menu, give us poor folks a heads-​up. We’ll appreciate you more for it.

I was lucky enough to try some of The Cookie Bars tasty treats at a recent Unilocal event at The Shelby Museum. I fell in love. I couldn’t help but keep going back for more. I like sweets and these hit the spot. The Whiskey Doodle, The Chocolate Mojito, and the Caramel Rum popcorn. I wish I could’ve tried everything, hopefully I will hunt these girls down and get more goodies from them. Until then, those cookies will haunt me.

If you have a sweet tooth this is the place for you!
Fresh cookies and easy ordering via text saves me time and keeps me coming back for more. I recommend you try everything at least once like I did and now I’m hooked.

I am updating this review. I was contacted by the owner to find out that they are not closed, but moved locations. They are now a food truck and not on the strip at a permanent location. Still would like to give this place a try.

Yum, just yumm! I got the piña colada cookie and it was so good. Very special. I love the flavor — the pineapple and cherry!

I am an absolute cookie junkie and was thrilled when I came across this little spot– not far from UNLV.
I love the concept of a mom and pop type cookie stand. I also love the idea of alcohol infused cookies.
The customer service was great, and their setup was decent considering that it’s kind of a drab entry area (located in entrance to The Cannery).
I had their feature cookie, a lemon based cookie, and a chocolate mint cookie.
All had great flavor, but were too dry for me, even though they say they make everything fresh daily. Frankly, it didn’t taste fresh baked. I really wanted something exceptional, and what I got was a decent, basic cookie experience.

I dont even know how to start! This place is amazing! I met Wendy today, Wendy, if you read this, you and your daughter are doing a great thing here!
every thing was decadent! This is the first time we come in, and ill be back! In a city like Las Vegas, you gotta appreciate the small local business that reside outside of the strip! I gotta say, when you’re greeted you can feel the passion and love that is invested in this cookie bar n_​n

Me want cookie!
The Cookie Bar is a small sugar infused bar inside a weird building that’s wedged in-​between two other businesses; super interesting location.
The cookies, oh the cookies! Holy food-​gasm, these cookies are amazing and there’s so many to choose from. The case is full of freshly baked alcohol infused and non-​alcohol, sugar mixed doughy delights. I went with the non-​alcoholic cookies… I mean, I was working. I ordered the «PB Kitchen Sink, this was more like a «Brookie», (Brownie + Cookie = Brookie) super rich and full of different textures and flavors, plus they add a peanut butter cup to the top of this beautiful «Brookie». My GF ordered the «Tipsy Red Velvet», which is a red velvet, white chocolate chip cookie with a white frosting drizzle. This cookie is almost worth the diabetes, seriously I could eat about twenty!
I also tried the «Buzzkill» which is the standard, well not that standard, chocolate chip cookie. I don’t know how the Cookie Bar does it, but their ability to keep a cookie crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside really amazes me. The Buzzkill is the perfect pairing for a tall glass of milk and by the way, it comes FREE when you check-​in to the «Cookie Bar», booyah!
This place is awesome and I love seeing local mom + pop shops, although technically this is a mom + daughter shop, flourish and thrive. Plus they just got a brand new cookie food truck, so they are available for parties and mobile induced sugar comas.

These cookies are delish! I had a piña colada one and a creamsicle one, got one for free with my checkin, and the super friendly owner threw in a mojito chocolate chip for free. Buy 2, get 2!
I did half with alcohol and half without, and I think the alcohol ones were pretty good. It definitely added to the flavor, and it wasn’t like some of those crazy rum cakes people bring to work that are just dripping with booze. Just a hint, you know?
Overall, loved the concept, service, and especially cookies! Bonus points for being on my way home!

I finally got to taste these tasty treats after many attempts but time ran out and the place was already closed. Today I made a personal mission fueled by my sweet tooth and a desire to hopefully get my little cuteness to take a nap in the car on the way. Of course she was awake the whole way up until the point I pulled into the parking lot… oh well that’s the way the cookie crumbles ;-) Never really got that reference and if you had these delicious tender moist flavorful cookies of love you wouldn’t associate such a blasé phrase with them.
Lets get this out in the open right now, I’m a baked goods snob. If its something I feel I can make better at home I won’t bother consuming those empty calories, spending money and taking the time to make the trip. These cookies are perfect :-D The crumb and texture is incredibly tender and moist. It has the perfect rise while keeping its form and the frosting is spot on! Its not too sweet and not overkill to the point it over flows making a huge mess. Nope, this is one smart cookie ;-)
Lets get down to business, the goods ;-) I wanted to sample some alcohol infused and some without. Right away I spotted my favorite flavor, White Russian! These actually weren’t alcohol infused but they were coffee flavored wedding cookies that was delish. Drunk Pumpkin Punch was next on my list. This was a rum spike cookie and it was a wonderful natural combination with the pumpkin, spices and cream cheese frosting. I thought this would be my favorite but I was wrong. I tried the Pine Colada cookie and was in my happy place almost instantly. I don’t even like coconut but I love pineapple so I thought I would grab it anyways. Oh Lordy! That cookie was one of the best cookie I had! I had to get the Buzzkill Chocolate chip cookie so I can have a standard baseline cookie to just make a basic comparison (I don’t mess around when it comes to sweets people) I was please with there chocolate chip cookie, they use dark chocolate and semi sweet. Then the sweet young lady gave me a sample of the vodka infused rice crispy treat. I was very surprised with that treat, its a simple treat that so many people actually screw up. The treat was still soft and the vodka played very well with the marshmallow flavor.
All of these cookies I would be happy to make a voyage for but can I ask that these hours get extended a little? Trying to make it by 5:30 is rough and I’m sure I’m not the only one that got thrown off by such a early closing time. I’ll be back for sure because this family owned and operated gem is well worth the effort it takes to get there.

The desserts here have almost rendered me speechless– they’re that good! Luckily I’m typing.
I found this place looking for a treat while in the area for work. It’s inside the Cannery West shopping mall area as a tiny kiosk right inside the door, decorated in lots of pink and Jenny is there with a smile. She was just unpacking and setting up at 11AM when, and she was happy to chat with me about the company she and her mom started, baking alcohol into sweet treats fresh every morning.
I opted for the PB KITCHEN SINK (cookie bottom with brownie top, peanut butter cup in the middle and on top), which was huge and delicious– BF inhaled it. Anyone allergic to peanut products should just give up on life for not being able to partake of such deliciousness.
Also got the IRISH STOUT– giant, fudgy brownie infused with Guiness beer and topped with a dollop of frosting. BF went nuts for this as well, as he is a chocoholic. It was a bit too much for me, but flavors were good.
Lastly, with our purchase, we got a free new item Jenny and her mom are trying out: an ORANGE CREAMSICLE cookie sandwich. It is heavenly and was by far my favorite, with sweet cookies (possibly a blondie?) that were so soft and chewy, my favorite cookie texture! The light but sweet cream between wasn’t too sugary and only had a hint of orange flavor, courtesy of the Grand Marnier they are spiked with. Divine!
Thrilled to have found such a secret sweets spot!

This is a tag line from The Cookie Bar’s website since they specialize in alcohol-​infused baked goods. After reading reviews by Michael U. and Trev W. I knew that I wanted to partake in of some of the offerings, too. The good news for someone like me who doesn’t drink that much alcohol is the Cookie Bar’s items come in non-​alcoholic versions, as well. I went in on a recent Saturday morning right after the Cookie Bar opened at 11:00am. A kiosk inside the Cannery West building, just look for the Oasis Car Wash on East Flamingo. If you go on a weekend like me, you’ll probably see the car wash’s customers milling around waiting for their car to be done; they were all over the parking lot and in front of the building that at first I thought there was a protest occurring. Wendy, the Cookie Bar owner, was very helpful and gave me the great news that Saturday is buy one, get one free day – oh, happy day! Not only did I get the Buzz Kill cookies for free with my Unilocal check-​in, but I also only paid $ 9 total and walked out with 5 items in my box of sugar.
Buzz Kill: two fat chocolate chip cookies w/​dark, semi-​sweet, and milk chocolate chips. These were the free cookies via Unilocal check-​in, fresh and tasty classic cookies.
Twisted Krispie: A big, dense Rice Krispie treat on a stick: browned butter, sea salt, white chocolate. This tasted a little too salty for me.
Tipsy Velvet: two red velvet chocolate chip cookies with white, dark, milk, and semi-​sweet chocolate chips with a white chocolate drizzle on top. I got these for my son, the red velvet fan. He let me sample and I liked it very much with all the different chips in there. I would buy these again.
Mug Shot: a root beer butter cookie w/​buttercream frosting. I gave this to my co-​worker, so I don’t know if it’s good or not.
PB Kitchen Sink: chocolate chip cookie bottom, peanut butter cup middle, fudge brownie top. This I got for the peanut butter-​loving boyfriend and he loved it. They have one called the Oreo Kitchen Sink that I want to try next time.
This is a great local small business offering up some tasty desserts; I’ll be back to try more of their other items soon. Maybe I’ll get my car washed, too.

Not a drinker save for the occasional cocktail or rare glass of wine with dinner yet thoroughly intrigued by the crowd-​funded mother/​daughter project entitled «The Cookie Bar» it was the smiling face of owner Wendy Baumgartner that welcomed me to the small Cannery West kiosk, but it was her infectious passion for the project that truly won me over. Opened early this year after a trekking the catering and festival scenes the concept of The Cookie Bar admittedly seems a bit kitsch up front but with boozed-​up riffs on classic American confections befitting the moniker of Sin City lining the shelves and comparatively low prices by 702 standards it can only be said that «bar food» jokes aside these ladies can really bake. Featuring intoxicating flavors both alcohol-​infused and virgin it was with a duo of tender triple-​chocolate ‘Buzzkill’ cookies that I began and with soft centers amidst crisp edges the classics tasted oven fresh, a characteristic no less notable in the red-​hot cinnamon snickerdoodle, both individually bagged options a mere $ 3 and just as delicious as upcharged versions found on-​strip. Moving next to a similarly priced beer-​brownie punched up with a tablespoon each of Guinness and Bailey’s before transitioning to the actual ‘Punch’ of the densely spiced and cakelike Drunk Pumpkin it was last that I turned to a veritable ‘best of both worlds’ in The Kitchen Sink, a 6oz block of flavor with textures harkening fudge while flavors hollered Reese’s — an Oreo version also available and beckoning me back along with the Vodka kissed Krispies and signature Booze Munch.

I concur, this is a 5 star Cookie Bar… It’s alcoholic cookies! How isn’t this a 5 star idea.
Located on East Flamingo, inside the Cannery West Shopping strip mall, The Cookie Bar is located next to The Village Pub. You will see a massive banner to show where it is, but just look for the cannery west sign and walk in.
After seeing a few quite decent Unilocal reviews, I decided to give Cookie Bar a try. Packing my bags and taking the trip from Summerlin over to East Flamingo we arrived with an intriguing sense of wonder as to what the Cookie bar was. Once we walked in two pleasant young ladies who happen to own the cookie bar, showed us everything they had to offer.
The first cookie that grabbed my attention was the Black Irish, Guinness flavor with a mix of chocolate! Put simply, Heaven!!! Next up was Tipsy Velvet, a nice mix of a lite alcohol and red velvet!!! I will say the blend is great. You can taste the alcohol but it isn’t overpowering.

They also provide Non — Alcoholic cookies as well!!! Most are in both versions of the cookies so don’t feel you can’t drop by because you don’t drink alcohol, they are just as good!!! The young lady also gave my son a Twisted Krispie on a stick which I can’t seem to get off him!
Service here was amazing!!! For a family run business that has not been opened long, I give massive props!!! Once the rest of Unilocal community swings by and grabs some of these amazing cookies, maybe they can open in Summerlin!

Ok, so I am getting my car washed after a LONG trip to Oklahome (and mulitple dead bug bodies on my car-​necessitating the car wash) and it was super busy. My friend pointed out a sign that said «cookie bar.» I thought she had lost her mind, but there was the sign. So we walk in… and there it was.
We got to talking to the owner who told us her and her mother make everything, and their cousins make the aprons and hand paint the martini glasses. So cute. So what did we do? Try a little of everything.
I got the alcohol free versions (it was still a work day and we had to go back to work after the bug bodies were scraped away) but my friend was bold and got the alcohol version of the chocolate mojito. I didn’t try that, but I did split the non alcoholic mug shot with my secretary. Amazing!
Then I got the booze munch (without alcohol) to sneak into the Smith Center that night and it was fantastic. A lot of work to make.
I also just remembered I bought a kitchen sink bar that is still in my fridge. I have to eat that.
She also gave us (GAVE US) a twisted krispie she is testing out… a krispy treat on a stick shaped like lips, with caramel, chocolate and sea salt. It was fantastic!!!

What a hidden little gem! I was getting a car wash and when I was walking to their indoor waiting area, a huge cookie bar sign caught my eye! There’s a special little place in my heart for cookies haha so I walked over and the lady was explaining to me that her and her mom make the cookies fresh and that the cookies with the white string are alcohol infused and the one with the red string are not! What a great concept! Alcohol infused cookies and there were also alcoholic drinks available too. But since I didn’t have lunch in my tummy yet, I settled for just cookies.
I got the piña colada, chocolate mojito and red velvet. All of them were amazingly moist with the perfect balance of sweetness. They were also not too cakey and not too chewy, again, the perfect balance! The Piña colada is two pineapple coconut flavored cookies with this delicious cream between them. The chocolate mojito was my favorite!!! It had Andes mint chocolates in it with lots of chocolate and almost a brownie texture yum!!! The red velvet, I’ve yet to try because I got full! Haha but I’m sure it will taste amazing like the other cookies. Make sure to check in to get a free buzz kill cookie! They will definitely be seeing me again soon!

The Cookie Bar has the Drunk Pumpkin Punch and the Booze Munch right here available to buy! Here meaning in a kiosk inside the Cannery West right next to Village Pub. Just follow the sign that says «The Cookie Bar». It’s a huge banner, you cant miss it when you are driving down Flamingo. In fact that’s how I spotted this place!
Love the cookies, cool concept, they carry both alcohol infused ones and without booze. Booze infused ones tastes better though!! They are open limited hours so check before you head on over here.
