Zero star if I could rate this Starbucks. The sever Josefina refused to do the free in-store refills for me while I am having the Starbucks gold card. I think it’s clearly against the Starbucks rewards program for the loyal member.

Is your company running a shortage on honey or something? I ordered 2 honey tea and they only give 1 packet. I asked for a few honey packets because we need it to save our throats from screaming all weeke d long at converts. The lady with the super curly hair was flat out rude, basically disregarded my request. You fucking assholes should go back to your starbucks university and learn some customer service

Hands down my favorite Starbucks and all of Las Vegas. Conveniently located between the the central lobby and the main casino floor, with access to all three towers, this is the place to see and be seen. Such a welcoming sight when you first wake up in the morning knowing that your pastry and coffee is right there. Hot breakfast sandwiches lined up like little soldiers ready to be enjoyed with a large mocha frappé. The chocolate croissants are my breakfasts indulgence… heated they are even better. nevermind I might lose chocolate down your shirt. Prices are the same as all Starbucks plus you can charge your treats to your room. Service is exemplary and the baristas keep the lines moving. Abundant seating allows for excellent people watching and free wifi as it’s expected with all Starbucks properties. Please remember to tip generously!
