Over my eyes. That is huge for me, since most sprint store employees try to. He even made sure I felt valued as a long time customer. He is who you want to go see. The crew there seemed very happy as well. Clean store and filled with helpful people.

Great service was provided by Anthony N. He was positive and had very good customer service. He handled two upgrades at once and even threw in some free phone cases and screen protectors. One of the best experiences I’ve had at a sprint store!

My husband walked into the store to upgrade his iPhone and Matt the rep and Russel the manager were extremely helpful. They were trying to explain the «leasing out the phone» process and even gave us a discount when we upgraded the phone to 64 gigs. There was some confusion with the protection plan that we did not want, so after the situation was resolved they even through in a phone case and an extra charger for the phone. Needless to say, they were very friendly and easy to work with. Thank you Matt and Russel!

The past two nights they leave the open sign on. This may seem small but when I was there at 9 p.m. and drove there because I saw they were «open.» Not only was I upset but I 3 different vehicles pull up to the same disappointment. Shut off your lights yall! You born in a barn? lol seriously though… Its sad that one of my worst reviews will raise your average… Time to shake it up…

Shawn is a DISHONEST salesman. went in to upgrade my phone to the iPhone 6 and he told me there was a $ 80 one time activation fee due that day which I paid for up front. The next month, the bill came and they charged me for a $ 35 activation fee; I called and told them about my in store payment and the associates advised me it shouldn’t ever be more than $ 35. After hours on the phone trying to figure out what the $ 80 charge wAs, no one could figure it out. I went back to the sprint store and thankfully Russ was able to refund me; I received a receipt for the refund, and it stated that it was a charge for an accessory bundle package, which I did not purchase. All I can say is I am NEVER going back to this location. It’s just a really sad situation bc Shawn is a Sales Manager for them. Don’t say I didn’t warn you!

Came to this store to get Samsung watch… They lady who’s standing look at me and she can help me. Soon, I approached her she answered the phone didn’t even say anything… After she hanged up the phone, asked her of they have Samsung watch, she said «NO» then pick up a phone again… She didn’t even ask, if I need anything else or didn’t even make an effort to look for other store who carries the watch…

I went to the Sprint store & waited about 15 minutes. Justin waited on me & was a huge help in selecting what I needed. He showed me his own phone & what hardware he uses to protect his device. As a longtime Sprint customer, he gave me extra incentives on top of the promo that was going on. He gave me his card & told me to call him for any questions. I could have been a fool & followed the negative reviews & gone somewhere else but I am the kind of person that likes to see it for oneself. I was very satisfied & very pleased. I will recommend this store to anyone & everyone. True, you will find some «rotten apples» in every bunch at any place but don’t let that stop you for seeing for yourself.

We got ourselves signed up for services in this store. 2 months ago Sofia, sales rep was so great giving deals and promotion. We got 2 tablets tor free just additional charge for $ 10 each. She said the first bill will be prorated so expect the first one will be high. After 2 months the employee disc will be applied. But when I received the bill our 3^rd month is higher than the first one. I called this store to look for the person who signed us up. An sales rep answered the phone Amanda she is so incompetent and a very not good listener. I was telling her to let Sofia to call me when she gets done with her customer. And Amanda was like I can not talk to her because she’s still with a customer. I repeated myself 3 times already to let her know when she’s done to call me. My patient ran out and hang up she is the most dumb person I’ve ever talked with. I give this store a review as a low class customer service store

Dear Arnold, I wish you werey employee so I could fire you. You are RUDE and LAZY. Your attitude is uncalled for. I hope you were just having a bad day.

The BEST Service EVER from Sophia. She helped my sister and I out. And I got a new IPhone 6!!! We will be sure to come back to this store.

The customer service at this location is the worst. I went in to get a new line on my account. Paid the extra over night shipping for phone to be in next day ended up in 3days later. They refunded the shipping. But when I went to get the phone the girl who was so called helping me was flirting with the guys from customer service right in front me as they where hooking up my line. They exchanged numbers. I was shocked. After getting off the phone with him she then proceed to answer her own cell phone talked to them for bit. Then handed me my phone said my number was the first in contacts and I could go. What !! I cant believe it. This is what you call service. Think there needs to be some service training.

Sophia went above and beyond with our family last night! 7 new iPhones all with our old Verizon numbers (yay no Verizon nasty bills anymore) set up and ready to go. It was a challenge and she handled it like a champ.
I saw all the negative comments about the staff here. I can’t see where that’s coming from. Everyone was super nice and helpful to all of us. From Danny (go Giants!) to Carla (an absolute sweetheart) our switch was handled with expertise and humor.

I was in the store about a week ago looking to switch from Verizon and the store manager Angelo was really helpful answered all my questions and made me feel great about my decision! I would recommend this store to anyone !

I found my experience truly displeasing. The service was extremely unprofessional. There were several workers hiding in the back, and only one employee helping customers. Not only did they not have the phone I wanted, they lied to me. I was told that I could come the next day and pick up my phone without a question asked. The next day they asked me several questions in order to access my father’s account. We specifically asked them if there would be anything I had do the next day, and they told us we would not. They also simply turned on my phone and assumed that I had an iCloud rather than trying to help me transfer my data. Extremely unprofessional service.

Assholes at this store! Walked in and no one acknowledge that I was even there then after waiting in line for 20 min I reach the front to be told I need to sign in so I sign in wait another 20 min and then they tell me they can’t help me!!! Could have asked why I was here in the first place and saved some time but you were to busy doing nothing!!!

Such a horrible experience at this store. We were treated like second hand citizens to start. They seemed to care less that we were a family all looking to purchase phones. They deliberately tried to change plans and price half-​way through the process and actively tried to «bait-​and-​switch» all of us.
The sales person was absolutely clueless about plans and packages. He went several times to other employees to try to get answers to the questions we had. Their prices were MUCH MUCH higher than what we got through Sprint the very same day. They said repeatedly they did not have specifc stock yet when I asked a second employee there he confirmed they did have exactly what I was asking for… and even showed it to me.
They attempted several times to upsell us by telling us there were no new iphones except the «bundled» iphones they had for $ 200 over MSRP. What did these phones come with? Only two phone covers and a car charger. When I called another Sprint store in town to ask them about this practice they confirmed what we thought, that this was not store or Sprint policy.
Every step of the way they lied, delayed and treated us poorly. There are so many places to buy phones in Las Vegas. Please don’t go to this Sprint Store on LVBD. It’s one of the worst places i’ve ever every encountered.

The only reason I ever come here for for the convenience of paying my bill after work.
I stopped in back in June, and the self pay bill machine was down, so I waited for about 5 minutes before someone was able to help. Not too bad a wait time, but service was awful.
Fast forward to last night, I walked in about 6:10pm, and put my name on their list, since the self pay machine had a big sign on it, stating that it was broken. (Still? Again?)
Twenty minutes later, I finally get called up to pay my bill, and the girl can’t see what the actual past due amount is. Now, I realize that I SHOULD know what my balance is, but they should be able to to double check, and I’m fairly certain that I’ve had other employees check.
Every employee that I had ANY contact with last night seemed terribly bothered to be there. Look, I get it, a lot of people hate their jobs, but you should at least pretend to enjoy it.
If at all possible, I’m going to try to avoid this location from here on out. They have terrible service, and the self pay machine is never working anymore… I can find a better location.

Have had terrible service multiple times in this store. Seems like I just keep going back for worse and worse service.
First time I walked into the store it was late in the evening but the OPEN sign was on. Two associates turned around and shouted at me that the store was closed. Never mind the open sign and open front door, but it was actually 10 minutes until the posted closing time. No prob, I left.
Second time I bought a phone from a female associate that acted like me asking questions about a phone I was buying from her was some form of torture for her. Simple questions like «should I buy the insurance?» or «what does the manufacturer warranty cover?» How dare I right? She managed to survive the transaction and I left the store with my new phone. Come to find out she completely botched the transaction and I found more than a few surprises on my next bill that she had specifically pointed out would not be there. Poor service topped off with complete incompetence. Sounds like Murphy’s law.
Definitely the case, because I promptly lost that phone and found myself getting sucked into Sprint’s easy pay phone scheme. For just 24 easy payments I will be overpaying for a phone I like with a contract I don’t. However, I seemed to escape the terrible experience I had with the last visit to the store. Well, except the surprised in my bill… again.
The final straw. I managed to not lose my phone in 4 months but dropped it on concrete instead. But, I purchased the insurance. Smart right? No not really. (not as good a deal as you think) Went to the store, talked to the tech and he let me know that I would need a replacement. From Sprint he could order a refurb that would take 4 – 5 days. But, he set me an appointment at the Apple store to get a new phone under the warranty. I couldn’t believe it. It seemed like amazing service. So I made the appt a few days later and found out that the extra $ 11 a month I paid doesn’t get me «apple care» or whatever they call it. It is completely different and doesn’t cover accidental damage. Awesome. Did I mention I’ve been driving in from Pahrump? 65 miles one way. I returned to the store absolutely steaming. Guess who was there to help me? The same female that I seemed to torture with questions about the product she was selling me. Same great attitude, same level of utter incompetence. «Here’s the number to call and file your own claim. It’s like $ 150 or $ 200 or whatever. I don’t really know how much.» She had the phone in her hand and didn’t know how much the deductible was. I should ask for a manager. Was he there? C’mon really? Of course not.
So, the moral of this story? The sign says open for business. but they are not.clearly.

This sprint store has the worst customer service in the world worst than fuckin walmart. I was trying to return a $ 10 item got to the store no one shot about there job because only manager CAN do a return… WTF?.. having to drive 15 miles to this store. dont go here there a rip off too. this store sucks .if I can give negative 100 stars I would .I wish this place burn to hell…

Its rare to find exemplary service that not located on the strip, even more so to find people who would go beyond to just helping you but also serving you.
My life-​line (my phone) to the world recently was having problems due to an upgrade and I figured it was no big deal if I just took it to my local sprint store, where they would be able to troubleshoot. An hour later in the store & I’m wondering what could possibly go wrong with a brand new phone, right? It would appear that my unit had a defect. They had been on the phone with sprint tech support, trying every possible way to get my phone to work.
At this point I had just come home from work, exhausted & figured I’d call it a day. But the next I just got this nagging feeling that I should try to take it there once again. So day 2, I see all the staff from the previous staff & I could tell that they weren’t all happy to see me again onsidering I had them spend an entire hour the prev night.
BUT! That aside I was greeted with the utmost courtesy & promptness, that they quickly shot to the techs & within seconds of arriving my phone was being cared for. 20 minutes later lo & behold, they presented a solution that worked! They had breathe new life to my new phone! They confirmed there was no defect, just an error that was really hard to detect.
Prior to this I’ve possibly nagged every sprint agent, online, on the phone & this one particular sprint to find a way to get my phone to work!
All I can say is that I was well informed of every approach & situation they had taken, instead of brushing me off with a generic line, that’s a big deal for me. I could see their worn out faces after working on my phone tirelessly & incurred no costs!
