One hour and not done for a basic car wash.
Never again will I go HERE! Good luck staying in business.

The first time I came to Sparkle, I was told it would take 20 minutes to complete my wash. After 35 I went to check on my car and they hadn’t even started. They offered me a «free» wash the next time I came in, which was basically just getting the wash I had already paid for but they didn’t complete since I had to leave.
I just returned and purchased the $ 24 «The Works» wash. This supposedly includes interior vacuum and dash and console dressing.
When I dropped my car off I asked for them to vacuum the trunk. When I picked up my car when it was «finished», the trunk wasn’t vacuumed, but neither was the rest of the car. I pointed out how dusty the console was and a smudge of some sort on the speedometer. I was told it would be extra for them to complete those items. WHAT. They didn’t even do the bare minimum I had paid for, and wanted to charge me more for completing the tasks I had been charged once for.
Total con-​artists. I’ll stick with a mobile detailing and car wash company that comes to me for $ 10 more. What a joke this place is.

Slowest car wash in town! My car was first in line and no one touched it for 25 min, and the woman that is wiping it at the moment is eating at the same time, dry water spots r all over it even after she wiped it

Brand new truck and the first thing they try and push is «hey you have a chip in your windshield» when clearly its not a chip. Nice to see their still up to their same old tricks. Nice try Sparkle. Next time focus on what kind of service I would like, if there is a next time. So all finished, trucks washed, if you call it that dirty rims residue all over fingerprints missed dirt everywhere. I must say smh at this wash, an auto $ 6.00 wash at quickee mart does a way better job. I’ll add some pics, this needs to be refunded. Again not worth $ 24.00.

I brought my car in to get washed and vacuumed out. I feel like I should have just done it myself instead of going and have them do it. The windows still had smudges on them. Not impressed with their service! I’ve been there once before and thought I’d give them a second chance! Nope!

The worst car wash I’ve ever been to in my life. I know that’s quite a big statement, but it’s true. And you may be thinking, how can someone dislike a car wash so much? Let me tell you how. So I’m pressed for time because it’s my lunch hour, but I so desperately need my dirty car washed up. At least the exterior for now. In the desert they get dusty awfully quick. So I pull up and ask for the the basic wash. I noticed the deluxe pricing and other packages, they only seemed pricey and not worth the extra dough. The guy took off my antenna and handed it to me… that’s a first. And then handed me a slip of paper. Now mind you, I’m 44 years old and have been to about 200 car washes, lol! I asked, don’t I pay you? The attendant replied, no you go inside and pay. I thought, what? I have to park my car, get out, stand in line and pay??? Um, I’m in a hurry. Whatever. I go through the wash and park around the front. First I have to install my antenna which has never been removed. I notice my car still has dirty water marks and the writing on the window from the first guy. What a shitty job! I mentioned it to the cashier and another attendant was inside. He asked why I didn’t park over on the side to get dried off? I didn’t know I should have. I was following the first attendants stupid instructions. The 2^nd guy then asked me to pull back out onto the road and through the back way and they’d dry my car. Well my now I’ve spent far more time there than I could spare. And my car was already dry. It’s 90 and sunny, hello… I will never go here again. It’s too bad because that area needs a decent car wash. Bye bye $ 8 and 20 minutes.

Let me be clear, in a town were good service dictates the success of your business you need to understand the obvious and give customers what they want.
It’s a car wash, not refurbishing a water damaged home. The time that it takes to clean a car should not take more than 30min. Yet I am sitting here for 30 min watching these staff members working on the cars that have been here for almost an hour.
Your business is understaffed and the staff that you have clearly worked at Walmart in the «speedy checkout» isle.
Don’t wast your time here, go to anyone of the hundreds of other locations and have your car serviced.

went here today, was my second time here. The first time was about 2 weeks ago, and I was not very pleased but decided to give it a second chance. They have good customer service, but the waiting room is awful and the prices are high. I don’t really have a problem for high prices, as long as the wash is worth it. The exterior came out nice, but the interior… they really do a half ass job. Especially since I paid for the interior package. They did not even vacuum the trunk space of my SUV! probably would not go back. totally not worth $ 40

Still waiting over an hour later for them to finish cleaning the interior of my two door coupe. Crazy long, it’s a small car! Talked to the manager. No discount, no refund. Just a sorry it should have only taken 30 minutes. Definitely not returning.

Took really good care of my mom. Went above and beyond to offer exemplary service and get her windshield repaired. Lifetime customers out of us.

Squeaky clean! Smells great mmmmm, I picked the jasmine. All the staff was friendly and did a great job! Starts with a brush rub down with suds, then a drive thru with the spinners, soap and rinse, full exterior dry off, interior vacuum and wipe down. Looks brand new!

Garbage complete garbage rims were not clean I have water spots on my sun roof my weather mats were still dirty with dirt the interior of my truck is still dusty the hand dryer left 2 big scuffs on my side panels in on my driver side… Let’s not forget to mention that my side mirrors were moved, my driver seat was moved. And there is no air freshener… I did pay for the 20 dollar wash that came with it I am not satisfied at all…

Lay off about my windshield having pitting. We own a glass shop. Good car wash but ignore them about their con with your windshield repair. Hate coming here because they harass you and then follow you into where you pay about it. Closest car wash to our house but this is stupidity at its best.

They are con artists. They hustles me into filing an insurance claim for chipped windshield (that WAS NOT there last time I washed the car myself) and used incredibly sub par materials. There was excess gunk on the windshield that wiped off with a towel and saliva, the techs saliva. The chip is cloudy and more visible than ever. I have had a bigger chip repaired by safelite in the past and you could not even tell there was a chip after they finished. I’m certain this crap they put on my windshield isn’t going to last 6 months. Thank god it has a lifetime warranty. Not.
Update. Insurance went up by $ 30 a month
Yes a glass claim will raise your insurance.

Brought my truck in to get it washed… guy at the entrance told me I needed to clean out my bed before I could get my trucked wash… all 20 or so pieces of hay… hmm. thought that’s what I had paid you for (bought a groupon). Nice waste of 40 minutes and $ 30
Don’t waste your time and just go somewhere else. Went to a place right down the street and they just brushed it out and put it through the wash… Great service sparkles. I’ll never be back

Do you have about an hour to wait for your simple car wash… Then go here. My last review was months ago and recently they have signs saying they have ‘new management’ so I tried it again.
Apparently new management means they up sale you like crazy! ‘Are you sure you don’t want a wax? I will give you a great deal! Come on it will make your paint sparkle again’. First off my paint still sparkles because my car is fairly new. Then you go to the place where they vacuum and dry your car. ‘Oh you have a bunch of divots and spots where rocks have dinged your glass. I will just fix those easily for you’ I don’t see them so he tries to point them out telling me I don’t have the ‘eye for it’. Like he has a special skill. Anyways after refusing their attempts to have me pay more for my car wash it then took them almost 45 minutes to dry and vacuum my car. Basically there wasn’t anyone there on this day.
I will not be back. You will not fool me into your ‘new management’ bull… Again!

First off, DO NOT let them «fix the chips» in your windshield. It’s a complete scam. They egg you on saying «it won’t make your insurance go up.» «It won’t take long, and it’ll help so that it doesn’t crack». The «chips» that were on there were hardly visible.
Second, the car wash that we paid $ 70.00 for, plus tip, was a ridiculous excuse for a car wash. We had to point out smudges on the mirrors, black marks on the dashboard. We shouldn’t have to point out these things. It’s their job to clean the cars and if we are paying good money for it, it should be noticeably cleaner. I could’ve gone through a drive thru car wash and it would’ve been the same results, plus it would’ve been $ 60 cheaper.
Overall, this wasn’t worth the money we paid.

Sparkles under new ownership and see how they do always a great job for me; however i’ve seen other number is that they are less than impressive performance.

In an attempt to find a car wash worth anything in Las Vegas, I’ve found myself here–
Apparently cup holders, door panels and center consoles are off limits to these people. Because mine weren’t even touched after paying $ 45 (plus tip) for an express mini+ leather dressings.
They took out my car seat, I’m thankful for that. But they left the writing on the windshield from when I was towed. Because obviously I need that momento. A reminder, if you will.
So I came back and they took care of it. But it’s slow and I’ve already been here over an hour. So I’m pissed.
So after having the gentlemen take the writing off of my car before left and turning around to have the cup holders and such done, I had to ask for a rag and wipe off the holder under my radio myself because it still wasn’t done.
The only reason this place gets 2 stars instead of 1 Is Because Nick came over and was apologetic, and offered to have the Knicks on my windshield taken care of free of charge. I declined. But appreciated the offer. I would however like my $ 45 back.

MACHINE WASH!
It was just like a normal car wash. This car wash place was near my living area & I needed to get one quick before my date. I thought I would try a new place than my usual next to UNLV.
This place is NOT all hand wash… they do a little scrubbing at the beginning & you are still in the car as well… its basically like a gas station car wash.
For the amount of money I paid for… it wasn’t as detailed as I would have gotten it at my other car wash spot. After the outter wash they vacuumed the inside of my car & that was pretty much it…
There were still spots that I could see that needed to be cleaned or wiped.
All in all I tried it… most likely won’t be back because it wasn’t full hand wash.
