Wow! First of all I don’t know where to begin!
I’ll start from the beginning.
I went to 3 different furniture and mattress stores before coming to Kaylee’s family Mattress.
I actually thought I was going to buy a mattress from one of those stores.
But my family told me I should still call a few other stores before making the final decision. So I took their advice and did that.
I called about 5 other places before finding Kaylee’s Family Mattress.
When I finally called Kaylee’s Family Mattress, I spoke with Nick. I spoke to him not even 2 mins before I realized that this man knows EVERYTHING about mattresses! Immediately I knew I had to meet him before making my final decision. We spoke for a couple more minutes and then I told him I would be there tomorrow. He knew everything about anything that had to do with mattresses. I knew I could trust him.
So I meet him the next day, and he was a VERY nice guy! Which is hard to meet good and nice people here in Las Vegas! He asked me some questions so that way he knew what I needed. He showed me around different options and I found THE ONE.
We ended up making a SWEET deal and I am very pleased with the service and the mattress I received.
I HIGHLY recommend EVERYONE to stop by Kaylee’s Family Mattress!!! The quality of mattresses and service there is unbeatable. I AM SOOOOOOOOOO HAPPY to have done business with them and I will forever do business with them and refer anyone who is needing the best of the best.

I am trapped into a crap contract with Sleep Number and WISH I would have met him first!
Kayla I think you are wrong … Nick is the owner and works OPEN to CLOSE
every day. So him texting on a cell phone waiting for next customer is not that big of a deal because if you would have went inside you would have seen his top notch customer service skills. He really cares and works VERY hard. He does not upsell and he is a pleasure to talk to. Hard to blame a guy that works so hard laying down and texting when he is there 12 hours a day. I know I get breaks at work too.
Anyways just thought UnilocalERS should know the real story and Nick deserves a shot at your business.

Not really much of an experience. But I was going to go in and buy a new mattress but upon pulling up the worker inside was laying on a mattress texting right in front of the window. He jumped up when my beams hit the store (which is how I saw he worked there) so I backed up and drove away instead. Appearances are everything. Just not a good first impression.

I’ve been searching for a mattress for a long time. I found Kaylee’s Family Mattress quite by accident. I was walking out of another mattress company and a person handing out flyers for Kaylee’s approached me. I figured, what the heck, and tried it out. It was hands down the best mattress experience I’ve ever had.
I walked into the store and was greeted by the owner. He asked me what I was looking for and I explained my needs. He showed me 4 different mattresses and asked me what I thought of those. I tried them out and was impressed with one of them and said I really liked it. The owner (I think his name is Nick) then suggested a 5^th option which was on sale and would work for me as well. I really liked the 5^th choice and that was the one I purchased. I purchased the mattresses, box springs, frames, and mattress covers for 2 full sized beds. Due to the size of my purchase, I received free delivery and free take away of what I already had. I was in and out of the store in under an hour, with my receipt for my 2 new beds in hand. Nick called me the next day and set up my delivery time (I purchased on a federal holiday and the warehouse was closed, I knew that day he would call me the next day for a delivery schedule — he does offer same day/​next day delivery if you don’t order on a holiday weekend). The delivery went smoothly and exactly on the day/​time promised. The drivers removed my old mattresses and set up the new beds in their places. My kids have been sleeping on their new beds now for about a month and they are simply loving them.
The customer service I received at Kaylee’s was fantastic. The prices were right at a comfortable level for me (They have mattresses to fit any budget) and the process to buy and receive the beds was smooth and easy. I highly recommend Kaylee’s Family Mattress for anyone looking for a new mattress!

He helped us discover a latex bed. Never tried one, stop by and check it out. There’s no way to describe a latex bed, but it’s exactly what we’ve been looking for years for.
