Meet the Business Owner

Jon S.

Business Owner

Jon Simon is a U.S. Air Force Veteran & a retired police sergeant in Las Vegas, Nevada.

He served in law enforcement for over 25 years and has enjoyed a unique career

combination of government security, academics, undercover operations,

investigations, Human Resources, and entrepreneurship. Jon was the lead

instructor for the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department’s mandated

retraining and restructuring of its Use of Force Policy in 2012; a policy and

model that is currently being used by police agencies across the country and

recommended highly by the U.S. Department of Justice.

Prior to retirement, an automotive dealership group recruited Jon to serve as their Executive Vice President of Human Resources and the group’s security advisor. He currently travels to provide security for high-​net worth clients and dignitaries, as well consult for residential and corporate security matters.

He also commentates on Police Use of Force, Public Safety, and Workplace Violence.
