Silver State Dental

Bailey had her first cavity work done today! Anytime needls are involved it takes 4 adults to hold her down! How these guys got her through it and with no tears is a mystery to me! Great job guys! So glad i found silver state dental!

Silver state has an amazing friendly staff that takes care of you like family! My appointments are always on time and teeth cleanings are taken care of gently and carefully. I would recommend this place over and over again. I would also recommend getting the zoom teeth whiting, after 5 months my teeth are still sparking white! Thanks you guys so much! see you on my next appointment.

Silver State Dental Rocks!!! Everyone here is so sweet and smart. They always gave me the best quality service and I have recommended everyone I can to them. It has been hard finding a dental office that I’m comfortable with the Doctor let alone the entire staff! Dr. Young is very intelligent and always answered my many questions in full no matter how many I had. I am very impressed and am happy I found them!

Ive been taking my kids here for 6 years now and never had any problems. Love the positive energy they have here. The staff here always has a smile when we come and we never seem to have to wait longer then 5 minutes to be seen. Won’t be going anywhere any time soon. Thanks Dr. Young

The dentist and dental hygienist are so friendly and patient. The receptionist is being responsible to call and confirm the appointment and even gave me a morning call to wake me up for morning appointment. Thumbs up for the receptionist!

I am so happy I found Dr. Young! From the first phone call speaking to Lisa, to the first appointment I was so comfortable. The staff is so professional and warm, they made me feel like family! I was SO nervous about the extreme dental work I needed to get done. But after Dr. Young explained everything step by step, I actually looked forward to all of my return visits! He is so gentle and thorough! And I am so pleased with my results! I will not only bring my son there, but recommend everyone I know to go to this place! This is still my go to dentist. I have been with them for 2 years now, and have never had a bad experience. They have a really caring and friendly staff, and Dr. Young is the only dentist I trust. Customer service is wonderful here, they do their utmost to accomodate their clients. I can’t say enough about this office. I love when someone asks me if I know a good dentist, I pull out a card from my wallet and tell them «This is the best in town».

Had a bad experience here. Lots of bait and switch when it comes
to quoting prices and then trying to charge you more after the work is done. High pressure tactics to extract as much money from you as possible. No insurance? then be prepared since they want you to finance all the work they said i needed. Got a second opinion, and did not require what they said i needed.

I have been going to Dr. Young now for two years and have always been very happy with his work and staff. Everyone is really friendly & happy being there. Dr. Young makes you feel relaxed and at ease during any procedure. I believe her name is Rochelle (in reception) is very efficient and very accommodating. Like for instance today when I showed up a week early for my 6 month cleaning; she was able to get me in almost immediately. Kyoko, dental hygienist (hope that’s her name too) is the best dental hygienist I’ve ever met. She has a gental touch and always lets you know what she is doing next. Last visit I had deep cleaning because I had been improperly brushing certain areas and this visit I’m cavity and deep cleaning free because of her showing me how to brush my teeth! I highly recommend Dr. Young and his staff!

I find that the competence and honesty of Dr Young to be first rate. Staff helpful and considerate. Pricing is reasonable no long waits. Dr gives shots that do no hurt and their seems to be lots of kids and that says something about a dentist and his customers care.

The entire staff is always so helpful and know what they are doing. Before proceeding with any procedure they always inform me of what will be taking place. and I definitely need this! They accommodate my busy schedule and take extremely good care of my teeth!

The wait is terrible over an hour… On several occasions they left me in the room so long my numbing shots that they gave me wore off, so they had to reapply. The doctor is very unsure of what to do, definitely second guesses himself and is not a professional. He messed up my fillings and root canal which made me go to another dentist who did a great job. I am not one for reviews but this doctor is so bad that I have to save others from his awful services!
