Silver Creek Family Dental

Completely satisfied with my thorough cleaning, checkup and X-​Rays done today at Silver Creek Dental! This was my first dental exam since 2009 and I was greeted very warmly as soon as I walked in! The lobby area was very clean, modern and had a great feel! I instantly felt like this appointment was going to be a good one!
Roberta was so kind and very talkative, and made me feel very comfortable as soon as I sat in the chair! She was professional yet very personable as well! Two big thumbs up! Dr. Hargrave was just as amazing! He did a great job and made me feel right at home!
They provided me with an excellent service and have me set to come back in August! A+++ all the way! So glad I chose this office as my new dentist! Couldn’t be any happier right now! Thanks Silver Creek!!! Def getting my recommendation from here on!!! Thank you!!!

Honestly, I never understood why people are so apprehensive of going to see a dentist. Over the past decade, Dr. Hargrave and his staff have helped me protect my teeth while treating me as if I was apart of their family.
Friendly, sociable, and efficient, I’ve always enjoyed my visits to the office. Whenever I enter, I am greeted by name by the staff and asked how I have been. I’m not sure if they keep extensive records on their clients, but the amount of personal information the staff is able to remember makes for an excellent customer service experience. Besides the regular cleanings and fillings, Dr. Hargrave also provides a wide range of other dental services.
I’ve have always had great experiences at Silver Creek Family Dental; and I would, without a doubt, recommend Dr. Hargrave to my friends and family.
Actually, while it’s not a criticism, but I do have a minor observation. Dr. Hargrave schedule’s is always booked weeks in advance. While I am sometimes upset that I can’t get seen right away, I understand there’s very little the staff can do to about it. With excellent service, I would expect for the office to be busy!
