This Unilocal review should have been written about 4 visits ago, a professional procrastinator to say the least! Sorry Red Hills Dental– My favorites, Dr. Do, Edith & Hilda, miss your faces!-I’m sure the other employees are spectacular as well. I’ve just interacted with Edith & Hilda, & of course the amazing Dr. Do! Ok, seriously I’ve never enjoyed going to the dentist &/​or especially having my mouth worked on~until Dr. Do became my dentist after moving here to Vegas a short time ago. Edith is a rockstar dental assistant gently working away in my mouth when we’re not busy laughing. I could just sit & visit with Hilda all day she is so professional & sweet. She gives me a wake up call the day of my appts because I can oversleep! Dr. Do is the man, he’s like the dentist you wish wasn’t your dentist, but in your circle of trust of good friends you hang out with. I totally enjoy going to my dentist appts, & honestly I leave there feeling so relaxed as if I had a good massage. No pain ever! Lots of laughter & good visits with this crew. Look no further if you need a new dentist, you will not be disappointed! The best I’ve ever been to

I have an intense fear of dentists after being slapped in the face as a child during an exam. For me to be this happy with a dentist is a huge compliment.
Yesterday I had to have a root canal. Hilda and CiCi in the front office are truly the masters of distraction, and helped me calm down before getting called back for the procedure. They even helped me get set up for Care Credit.
Andrew and Alex are the techs, and they are amazing as well. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and calm, without making me feel silly for being afraid.
Dr. Do is a dental god! I can honestly say this procedure was a good experience, and still liking your dentist after a root canal is impressive!!! He knew I was nervous and reassured me before and during the entire procedure. I wasn’t zoned out and invisible to him. I haven’t even needed any pain medication, so that was a huge relief also!
I have seen Dr. Do and Hilda outside of the office, which is the main reason why I chose to go here even though my insurance wasn’t accepted. They conduct themselves professionally and genuine at all times.
For someone who has avoided going to the dentist because of fear, I cannot recommend Dr. Do and ALL of his staff enough. As long as they are here, this will be my dental office from here on out.
Also, if you go and say who referred you, that person gets a $ 25 credit. That’s great especially for cash pay patients like myself!

I went to doctor do for the first time on December 8^th. Hadn’t been to the dentist in 4 years. I was very nervous about how I would be treated but I should not have been. Everybody there is very professional friendly and not afraid to answer your questions. I go back on the 15^th to see doctor do I will let you know how it goes. As of right now couldn’t be happier!!!

Best Dentist in Vegas. Friendly, kind and welcoming staff. I’m glad I found Dr. Do, thank Doc…

Let me tell you another thing, Dr Do is also a miracle worker. I had a previous root canal done on I’m assuming tooth #14 (because that was the number I heard Dr. Do ask Andrew) AT A DIFFERENT DENTIST (whom shall not be named) and I never had gotten a permanent done, just a temporary which fell our over a year ago. My previous dentist had said that this tooth needed to be extracted, that was his final decision. OBVIOUSLY it’s for $$$$. No other options, extraction, and implant were the way to go. Well huge shout out and a huge Thank you so much to Dr. Do and his staff once again. They literally brought my tooth back from the dead. They fixed me up so good! I can’t even tell that it’s not my tooth. It’ s not an implant but it sure should be! It’s amazing what he did for me. I am forever thankful. If you’re looking for a dentist I am telling you, Dr. Do’s office give it a shot. He will not let you leave unsatisfied! :) Thank you again Dr. Do, Andrew, Hilda, and CiCi for helping me throughout this whole process! I am forever thankful to you all.

Office is still da BOMB! Love Dr Do, Hilda and his office staff. You will not be disappointed with this dentist. They treat you more like family. Office is always clean and you are always greeted with a smile.

Can’t say enough about Dr Do, I can smile again. Done in a very timely manner, he even came in on a Sunday to make sure I wasn’t in pain. Great staff also, you guys made me comfortable even though it was a dentist office, lol.

I was in great need a of a dentist. I had a chipped tooth and a veneer that was in great need of repair. They were my two front teeth so you can imagine how panicked I was. I had recently relocated here from California. I found Red Hill Dental on Unilocal and gave them a call. Hilda was amazing and was able to get me in that morning! I was greeted by Lynette who took my X rays and was very professional and friendly. Shortly after my X Rays, Andrew came in and explained everything with a smile and assurance that they were able to take care of me. Dr Do was very kind and patient. He explained what was going to happen (I needed two crowns on my two front teeth).
Three weeks later, I returned to have my permanent crowns placed. I remember looking in the mirror afterwards and thinking how awesome they looked. Dr Do and his team were able to give me a great reason to smile, again.
I would recommend Red Hill Dental to anyone who is in need of dental work from a filing to veneers. So blessed I found this great group of professional, friendly and honest people.

Red Hills Dental is very professional, they break down all of your payments and will work with you if you need any assistance. I also enjoyed how caring they are, they let you know every move they are making, what to expect and to communicate with them if you feel uncomfortable. I highly recommend this dentist and plan on staying here for a long time.

Mom is 84, Had a bad tooth. What to do next? Well I was at the bank the other day and Red Hills is right next door and had a special for X ray and exam. I went home to see if anyone had UnilocalED! them. after reading the reviews I made an appointment and brought Mom in. She had to have the tooth pulled and it is a little pricy, but we worked out a cash deal. saving thousands, (not really) but it sounds good anyway.
We were both happy with the work and the price. The staff and the Doc didn’t try to up sale anything, He did offer other things that could help out Mom. It’s his business to inform his patients on other options and procedures. I would go myself but I have an insurance that will only let me go to other dentist. As for Mom, she has a new dentist from now on.

Called for an appointment for my pregnant wife and myself to get routine cleanings. Appointments were made for later the same day. We showed up early and were put right into the chairs. All good so fair. X-​rays and oral pictures done. The dentist eventually shows up and goes immediately into an up sell pitch for a deep cleaning. Yaddah yaddah yaddah. I am a salesmen for a living and know the pitch. I have no problems with my teeth, I just need and want to have a normal cleaning. After the dentist leaves the receptionist comes over to tell me my dental insurance is inadequate and I would need to pay for the $ 400 deep cleaning. I tell her I am uninterested in the deep cleaning and just want a normal cleaning which my insurance covered in the past. She tells me she would have to check with the dentist to see if he would even consider that because I needed a deep cleaning so bad. As she is walking off I can hear the dentist talking to my wife, giving her the same up sell but including stuff about how the health of the baby could be affected by her gum infection (which she doesn’t have). At this point I had enough, grabbed my wife and we left. I see a lot of reviewers love this place. Great for them. But if you are just going in for a routine teeth cleaning be ready for the up sale to a $ 400 cleaning.

Dr. Do can DO IT ALL!!! The friendliest dentist I have ever had. I’ve had many dentists since I’ve been in Vegas, but Dr. Do is hands down the BEST by far. You can tell he really LOVES what he does and how he takes pride in caring for his patients. He took his time to explain everything in terms easy to understand and what he was doing while he was working on my grill. The entire staff makes you feel so comfortable from the receptionist, assistants, & even Dr. Do himself. Now, I have a terrific dentist I can take my kids to and so should you!

Best dentist that I’ve ever had! Dr. Do explains things in terms you can easily understand. He is caring, competent, and just FABULOUS! The staff are awesome and professional. The office is very modern and super clean. I highly recommend this office.

I came across Red Hills Dental and I didn’t know that it had just changed ownership. The new doctor Dr. Do was awesome. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. The staff was friendly and the office was very clean and modern. Also, the wait time was minimal. It is hard to find a good dentist in town but I am glad I finally found a great one.

My husband has a serious fear of going to the dentist. They made him feel very comfortable and did a great job with all the work he needed done. I’m now setting up apps for myself and my son.

Let’s talk dentists, and while we are at it, let’s talk about jackhammers in the street, because every time I think of going to the dentist, my mind becomes focused on that street experience in my mouth.
Sad truth, but that profession must be so tough, you have people hate you for no reason, I’ll tell you something interesting though, it doesn’t even dawn on me when I go here.
Initially I went because of an emergency but now I will go as long as they exist! Amazing staff, good prices and let’s not forget, they do everything! And I mean everything, don’t you worry about being sent somewhere else to get a root canal and crown!

They have never contacted me after the dentist on property left the practice.
They have never followed through with one thing: from a prescription request for a simple mouthwash, which I asked for, called and then asked again face to face to the web requests for an appointment.
I have attempted to contact them through the office web page 3 times to book an appointment and to discuss results of a referral they sent me to and again no follow through or call.
Having since moved on to another practice, I can say, this must be why they call this a «medical practice» because they have to be practicing and are not ready for prime time.
Absolutely the worst customer service and operation I have ever encountered and I tolerate a great deal of arrogance from the medical industry.

I took my 11 year old son here on Monday for a cleaning and X-​rays. I waited in the lobby as his xrays and exam were given and could over hear the staff talking. 3 times I heard somebody ask if the «little boy» was done. Its your dentist office you should know that. I didn’t say anything.
Then I heard them getting pricing together for me and one of the girls asks the other if she is sure that is the correct pricing to bring to me, it seemed awfully high. I just thought, well if you work here you should know, right? I didn’t say anything.
After the exam, the young receptionist came to me with a «dental plan» for him with two cavities. She proceeded to tell me tooth number 19 and 30 had cavities. I asked «which teeth are those?» She had to ask the hygenist who was now sitting in the receptionist chair. For some reason I would expect the dentist or very least hygenist to go over my sons visit, rather than the young receptionist.
Anyway, with the filings, the absolutely needed fluoride, and the without a doubt needed sealants my visit was going to run me $ 476! WTF??? This is for the cleaning and X-​rays as well, to be fair. I didn’t feel comfortable so I told them I would call them to get the fillings done another day. Which by the way was a huge red flag, that they could get all of this done for me right now? What dentist is so slow with business they can do everything for you in one day.
When I got home I thought, I should call them just to make sure I knew exactly what I was hearing. I spoke to the receptionist for a moment, then she said if I could hold I would be able to speak to the lead hygenist. I thought what the heck why not? i asked a few more questions about his teeth and went on with my day.
I took him to another dentist today. They knew I was there for a second opinion and did new xrays and the exam for free. Guess What??? My son has NO cavities! The dentist called me over to show me what Red Hills may have thought were cavities, but instead were «buckles»! No cavities in them. He even showed me if there were cavities his pick would stick when he poked them! I can not believe Red Hills wanted $ 476 for «buckles», not even cavities! Not sure where they got their dental degrees from, but I wouldn’t go back or suggest them to anyone. Seems like a very shady office to me!

I am writing to you about the newest location on Maryland Pkwy. I was not really thrilled to try a new dentist since I have been going to the same office for many years, but since this office was new and that means «new equipment» it motivated me to give it a try. I walked in made the appointment for the very next day which was nice. I arrived, filled out minimal paperwork and waited in a rather posh reception area, before Andrew came out to get me and proceeded to take my x-​rays on a very high tech machine. Andrew was very personable and sincere, making my experience of tedious x-​rays go by very quickly. I was next introduced to Alyssa who assisted Andrew and took me to see Tiffany, my hygienist. Tiffany was very articulate yet gental all at the same time, she constantly checked in with me to see how I was feeling during my cleaning. Finally, the dentist came in, I forgot his name, but not his CHARM! He had a GREAT personality, all this and a free whitening kit! Hey you can’t beat it!

Not a fan of going to the dentist because of bad experiences in the past. The staff was polite and friendly and sincere. Dr. Chow was also calm and friendly, and knowledgeable and talked to me in terms I could understand, which helped calm my nerves. Service was quick and they took into account my time constraints and worked to help me get in and out quick and made sure I was well informed of all treatment options. Thank you Alyssa, Amanda, Tiffany, and Dr. Chow. Great experience.
