This place is under new management. I was already coming here before they took over & was here during the transition.
I. Absolutely. Love. Them.
They are so sweet! Very welcoming every time I come in. Ivy is my go-​to girl! She does such an amazing job on my nails & she works efficiently so that I’m not sitting there forever!
They also offer some great incentives. However many times you go, or however much you spend (can’t remember) you get $$ off of your next service.
I definitely recommend them!

A very nice place for a manicure and pedicure! Very clean and calm, nice products, careful and kind staff. Very reasonable prices.

I decided to give this place another try after I was super disappointed last time. New owners again and it was GREAT! They had new pedicure chairs and had remodeled a bit inside. It looked much better than before. But best of all are the sanitation procedures that they have now implemented. All of the tools that they used came in a sealed bag meaning they were freshly sanitized. That is super important to me and I am happy to know that that this place is very clean. My mani/​pedi was excellent and I was very satisfied. So happy to have found a great nail place again! Thanks Serenity!

Go to Ivy! ! She’s the best! ! She’s always done awesome work for me and my mom and she’s the new owner of the nail salon. She always willing to take walk ins and also goes by appointment. Her and her husband run the salon together. She always does amazing work!!!

When I got there they started to take off my nails with a nail even though I asked for soak off. It hurt a lot so he started doing the soak off. It took foreverrr and I feel like it was making my nails soft so I asked if he could go back to using the nail, he said «No too late.» So he then started hurrying to paint the nails and they looked all wavy. I also asked for the 30% off that they mentioned on Unilocal,he said no that’s only on Fridays. I explained to him it didn’t say on any certain days. the lady next to him said something in Vietnamese, and then said «I told you guys to take that off.» So I said well did you guys want a good review or… and they said Ok you can have it. And then my nails came out all wavy looking, I’m not happy with them. I feel like rushed to paint them. And they did not have good customer service at all. On top of all this the guy who did my nails wrote on here,” You have urly hand that’s why.” 1 speak english it’s ugly not urly. 2 Shame on you I hope ur owner/​manager sees that. That’s no way to do business and flat out rude. All my nails broke and chipped too!

Had my nails done by Nikki and she was amazing! Wonderful personality and did amazing work. It was like sitting with a friend chatting. Clean and friendly all around.

Came in 20 minutes before they closed and let me tell you, I received some of the BEST service I’ve have had. Mark was my nail technician and he did a phenomenal job, the best my nails have ever looked. And that’s coming from someone who’s been to almost every nail salon in Vegas. He did an absolutely great job on my nails and I love them. Everyone in the salon was so nice and friendly, brought me water without even asking, told me how good my nails looked, and wished me a goodnight and happy holidays. SO happy I stopped into this salon tonight because this will be my new salon. Thank you so much Mark and everyone else in the Salon. The end of their weekend, right before they closed, and did not rush or anything like that. Amazing service, amazing place, can’t wait to go back. Would recommend to everyone and anyone looking to get their nails done. Never been happier with my nails

I don’t understand why the hours are until 7pm. I arrived at 615pm to find the light was still on for open, no customers but employees can be seen from the front door drinking beers in the back. The front door was locked, I knocked a few times no one came to the open the front door.
Real professional.

First off this nail salon is in a great location. I walk in and they have soothing classical music on, which made me feel relaxed instantly. When I looked at the nail techs working, they looked focused. The nail tech Mark made sure to reassure us that there was no rush on making our decisions on what we wanted. I got Mark as my nail tech and he has a great attitude, and is very entertaining! My nails came out amazing! Very happy to have stumbled upon this place!

The salon is very clean, spacious and organized. For a place by the road, its quiet inside. Well lit and ventilated. The ladies are such angels. Attentive and helpful. I know they speak with their native tongue sometimes but not as much as other places. I dont mind though. It feels like you’re in Asia having a spa vacation. This is the only place Ive been to that offered me drinks aside from water. I jokingly said wine and they said ok. I thought they were kidding. Hahaha… but I just asked for tea.
I had my eyelash extension done here too. And she did a great job. It looks so natural. Lightweight, I always forget I had extension on. It lasted about 3 – 4 weeks. It went through a lot. Asian humidity, shower twice a day, went swimming and diving.
Highly recommend this salon!

Mark @ Serenity nails did such a great job. He nailed the shape I been wanting. (Coffin shape) Once again, they never disappoint!

Went in while my cousin got her nails filled. Somehow a $ 15 fill became $ 35 & he couldn’t explain why. I noticed another groups of ladies who were upset because they were over charged too. It was such a scam, they were acting like they didn’t speak English & kept insisting on the full being $ 35. Yet their price list said $ 15. Scammm! Never go here, rips you off!

This nail salon is amazing. They are always nice and they give exactly what u are looking for. The pedicure did not stay for long but they still did a good job with the paint. The first time I came here I didn’t like my nails because I went to long and to plain the last time, I went with gel and they look amazing. Mark took his time and he’s very good at what he does.

Came here with the unofficial mom-​in-​law on a Sunday morning as a walk-​in. Only one lady there when we arrived and she was gone before we knew it. Loved the glittering atmosphere, almost felt underdressed to be in such a fancy place. Quick and easy manicure done by Duong, then a simple acrylic fill followed by a navy polish– regular though so it took a little longer to dry. When she was finished with me she took to repairing one of her own nails but made sure to check if mine were dry, and instead of just wisping me away with a «dry enough» like some salons do she truthfully told me a little more time. They let me sit next to MIL while she got her toes dry afterwards too. Definitely looking forward to returning for that pre-​vacay pedicure. After going to the same shoddy place (won’t name names to be graceful) for 6 years, today’s experience and end result was a refreshing change.

I really liked the spa’s «dry pedicure deluxe» package. The Baobab butter they used was heavenly.

The best nail salon in Vegas! I have tried many others and this is the only nail salon I will go to now. All staff does a good job, no matter who you get. They are so genuinely friendly here. They offer you hot tea, water, or wine even. They are very clean here also and take care with sanitization. Candy does the best French to precision. Lee is super and always has a pretty smile. Paul is amazing and he did an amazing job on my pedicure.

Seriously the best nail salon in Vegas!!! Get your nails done by Lee, she is so good!!! My first time here and I got offered to get out on the reward program, which is an awesome thing to do! Once guests arrive, you get offered water or hot tea! The staff is so friendly and amazing! When getting my full set was finished, Lee put cuticle oil on which no place has ever done for me! I will for sure return to this place!

First time at this Serenity nail and spa and I have to say it was amazing experience, great hospitality, very professional and clean a true spa! Found my new girl time!
Also the gentleman with the styling hat is so joyful and helpful when it come to your selection of color and designs you can’t go wrong with that

All the nail techs here do a great job. The service is friendly and the facility is clean. They are under new ownership, but the previous owner, Lee still does nails here. It’s $ 25 for a basic pedi, $ 35 for a gel mani, great prices for the quality of work. I’ve been a regular here for a couple of years now. Sandy, Lee and Dan are my favorite techs.
They also offer facials, waxing & eyelash extensions although I’ve never tried these services. The gel polish selection is huge and they are always rotating new & fresh colors.
The décor has changed with the new ownership to a more modern feel, nice chandeliers and very comfortable massage chairs! I will for sure keep coming back!
