I have been coming here for years for scrubs because they have a huge selection. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgable about the different lines they carry. I wish they had a better shoe collection but then again they are not «shoetastic». They have my loyalty and I will continue coming here for years to come. Thank you scrubtastic staff!!!

Been here a few times over the years to buy scrubs. Never really had an issue until last week. They have a great selection of scrubs, especially for women. Usually their customer service is good. They have mailed me an appreciation gift card of $ 10 twice just for shopping there. I have been offered bottled water a few times while I shop.
My issue prompting a review was my experience ordering a pair of pants. I found a pair of scrubs that I liked and decided to purcahse two pairs in two different colors. For one pair, they did not have the pants in my size, which needed to be ordered. I paid for all 4 pieces that day. Next week I get a call that the pants are in… great. But when I came in to pick them up, they had ordered the wrong pants! Mistakes happen, so not a big deal. The frustration started when they were trying to reorder the correct pair and wanted to charge me a different price, stating that the last cashier either ordered the wrong pair or the item he scanned was tagged wrong. But how? Because I did buy another pair of pants, and the matching shirt so he should have known what I wanted? The reciept also shows the correct item number. She stated that perhaps all 3 items I bought last week may have been tagged wrong. Even though the difference was just $ 1, how is their mistake my issue and they are asking me to pay more? The sale has been completed in my opinion. Their mistake, their loss. If they hadnt ordered the wrong pants, we wouldnt even have had this conversation. What’s more is when I asked if they could waive the $ 1 for inconvenience of having to come back to pick up the right pair, she stated, «well you’re going to have to bring the other items back so we can reprice them anyway.»…no way! Needless to say, I paid the extra and returned to pick up the pants since I really liked the pair, but this really left a sour taste for me. Too bad there is not really another good store in my area…

I’ve been to at least 5 of the other shops in Vegas (including a very large warehouse that everyone recommends, cough cough) and Scrubtastic surpasses them in all areas.
The best part of the shop is the organization. The scrubs all have their regular tags, but they’ve attached bright, large tags with the size that makes finding things really easy. The size clips on the hangers are also color coded (and are correctly attached!).
They have a huge selection and the lowest prices on scrubs that I’ve seen. The dressing rooms are clean and the lighting is decent.
The shopping bags are cute too! 10% off if you have your student I.D.

Been there few times, very hard to find the right sizes for the scrubs You like if you are slim. The guy at the Cashir giving hard time when you want to exchange sizes every time it didn’t fit. Price are not cheap at all. They do have nice collection and many options and the girls there were nice too. If you looking for variety that’s the place, if looking for good prices, that’s not. There is no refund And hard to exchange there.

Got 3 pairs of really cute scrubs for only 80 bucks and the staff was really nice and helpful. I love this place!

The selection wasn’t as good as «Scrubs and Beyond». I have now been waiting a week and a half for something to be embroidered even though I was told it would only be a few days to have them ready for pick up. When I call to check on the status, during business hours, there is no answer. Very frustrating that the company I work for has decided to do business with this company. The workers are more or less pleasant, just not very knowledgable.

So when I went into to get my jacket for work it was alright the two employees were friendly enough. Although me personally I like to be greeted them given time to look for myself! That wasn’t really the case at all. I found what I was looking for and they didn’t have the color I needed so they have to order it telling me it would take 7 – 10 business days and since it was a Saturday it wouldn’t ship until Monday. Monday came and went I waited and waited on the 7^th business day I called and my jacket wasn’t in on the 10^th I called and I was told that the jacket had just been sent out… They said if I needed to I could come in and get store credit HELLLO I can’t do that its for work I need a certain color! It’s now been 15 days and I’m still waiting for my jacket. Once I get it I will never ever shop at scrub tactic again. That’s for sure!

I started out at scrubs and beyond and this place has a way bigger selection. I am starting dental school in the fall and needed all red scrubs… and this place has everything I needed and more. They were really helpful and even gave me a student discount!

Just left this place after spending $ 150.00 and I asked them to honor a $ 5 coupon cuz my distance of a drive! They said no but lifted expiration date! Dose that make sense! You don’t get customers that way! Not going back!!!

The salon I work for bought all of our scrubs for our employees though them and when I went in to try and return a pair of pants because they were high waters they said it was fine. Had me try on longer pants and then when I was checking out they decided to change their my even though I had the receipt and not give me an exchange. Felt like it was a waste of my time and bad customer service and I’m still stuck with high water pants. For now on our salon is taking our business elsewhere. Sorry not sorry

It is quite spacious, and they have a wide selection of scrubs. Lots of colors and some patterned tops which were nicely dislplayed. They have other medical items too.
Their service is great! Garrett was very helpful. For a store that big, his assistance made it a lot easier for me to find what I needed.
There is also a 10% discount for students.

I bought my first set of scrubs at this store back in February. The staff at the time were nice and awesome to talk to (a couple of them graduated from nursing school and were studying for their boards at the time).
There was not a lot of choices for guys to choose from but I like scrubs from dickies even though they were pricey.
My most recent visit was different. I walked in and was greeted by new employees that I haven’t seen before. They asked if I needed help with anything but I said I didn’t need help at this time. I was looking for ID tags for my littmann stethoscope. I found only one and wanted to see if there were others. There were two staff members working. One was with a customer and the other was organizing the scrubs. It took about 5 – 10 minutes for someone to come up to me and asked me if I had questions. I asked if they had anymore ID tags and she showed me only one other ID tag. Since there was only two tags I didn’t buy either one and left.
Had I done a review back in February I would have gave the store 5 stars. Now I’m only giving a 3 for a decrease in quality service.

If you are a male, don’t even bother coming here to get your scrubs. Very small selection with full retail prices. $ 50 – 60 for a simple top and bottom scrub set. Go online to get your scrubs, you’ll be glad you did. Also, what’s the deal with the elastic waistbands on all of their male scrubs?. Guys don’t wear elastic; drawstrings people, drawstrings!

This place is awesome. They have scrub tops, pants, jackets and even medical tools like stethoscopes. When I walked in I was instantly greeted by the two guys that were working there. They made sure to tell me if I had any questions to let them know. I browsed around for a bit and finally decided on a cute pink and black owl scrub top that was priced at $ 21. When I got to the checkout counter, the guy helping me asked if I had Facebook, I said yes, and he told me all I had to do was share Scrubtastic’s latest post and I would save $ 5 off my purchase, sweet! I will definitely be back here if I am ever in need of a new top.

They have made getting ready for classes so easy! Ian is incredibly helpful and friendly, very informative. I always leave happy, with exactly what I need at affordable prices, and I look forward to coming back! I definitely recommend this location

I used to love coming to this scrub store and I’ve been here multiple times. My experience today was enough to put a bad taste in my mouth and I will never come back. I shopped today for almost an hour and there were 2 employees in the store. There were about 6 other people in the store. I found what I wanted to purchase and when I went to pay, there was no one to be found. There were customers in the store, but no one working. I waited for close to 10 minutes and still, no one. I left everything on the counter and left. Customer service is lacking here and I will purchase my scrubs elsewhere from now on.

What a great selection and very nice employees. Ian is awesome! I went for the first time this week and quickly got what I needed. They have great perks for shopping there including cash back on future purchases. They were helpful and friendly and I’ll definitely continue taking my business to Scrubtastic.

I needed new scrubs that were preferably not to expensive so my colleague sent me here, she told me to check-​in on Facebook for $ 5 and recommended some different styles to try. I walked in the door and was greeted by an employee who looked and sounded like she didn’t even want to be there. I literally spent 20 minutes walking around the store and no associate asked me if I was finding everything ok or needed any help. After not finding anything I liked in my size or price range I walked out with no goodbye, no have a great day. It’s like the employees didn’t exist. I probably could have stole something and they wouldn’t have noticed. I may try coming back here in the future but for now I’m satisfied with my cheap scrubs from Walmart. I rather walk into Walmart and deal with them than return here.

As far as selection the store deserves 4 to 5 stars.
Price wise I would give it 2 stars as they are rather expensive.
I gave them one star because of discriminating treatment. I am a man taking a medical course and I went to get my scrubs as Scrubtastic as was referred by my school. I am the only man in my class and the other day when we were discussing the store every other woman in my class was given some type of gratuity gift by the store when they made their purchase, yet I received nothing. I spent over $ 180.00 and I know many fellow students spent much less. I view this nothing more than sexual discrimination and I will find a different avenue to purchase my scrubs once I start and continue my medical career.

This shop is truly a scrub paradise. The store is huge with so much variety in apparel, shoes, and supplies. It’s massive compared to Scrubs & Beyond, which I go to on this side of town because it’s close and offers a spanking good discount for employees at my hospital.
The service at SCRUBtastic is FANtastic. I called on a Sunday afternoon to see if they had a scrub brand in stock. Not only did the woman go look for it in the colors/​size I need, but she had them waiting for me at the register to try on when I arrived.
So if this store is so great, why the three stars? Good question; thanks for asking. When there are scrub shops nearby that offer pretty significant discounts to employees of the big health systems in the valley, you can’t justify shopping here. I work at 2 well known hospitals and Scrubtastic doesn’t offer even a small discount for employees of either of them. Since I have a strict dress code as far as color at my new job, I did purchase one shirt here simply because they had the unpopular color in stock and I needed something to start out the week with. If they had offered even a 5% incentive discount, or anything to offset the 20% I would save by going to the competitor, I could have considered getting my other 4 scrub sets here.
But because I know how difficult scrub shopping can be, I highly recommend checking here if you’re looking for a particular brand, color, or material. They have so many options and because comfort and functionality are so key in this profession, it’s nice to have a variety to choose from.
