5 Star Dental

This place is down right awesome. I’ve had the biggest fear of the dentist for years. It definitely was caused from the torture of years of orthodontic work that led this phobia.
I found this amazing dentist here on Unilocal along with ZocDoc! They accepted my dental insurance, so I went ahead and made the consultation.
Lynnell, the receptionist is sweeter than my favorite Godiva chocolate! She’s the reason I LOVE coming here. When I met her, even playing phone tag to get my apt (I work crazy hours, nothing to do with them not answering!) to meeting her in person! She’s there to make sure you’re at total ease and understanding of your treatment plan.
I brought my kids during my appointment, and trust me when I say this I’m not THAT MOM that brings her kids to nail/​hair/​doc apts but because of limited time, a baby sitter wasn’t an option. She welcomed my girls with open arms, threw a movie on for them and showed them the toy section! You want to know the cherry on top?! I absolutely LOVED that she texted me to remind me of my appointment. She went above and beyond in my book!
The beautiful Melissa, the most kick-​ass assistant to the doc! Their relationship is so goofy, I’m constantly smiling at their jokes! When I get a little fearful, she’s there to hold my hand. LITERALLY! Girl got some muscle because I squeezed my boyfriends hand, he bruised… This girl, that didn’t phase her. She’s a beast! She did my initial cleaning, and when I left I couldn’t stop thinking about what a great job she did!
Now to the doctor! This guy is PHENOMENAL! He had some great reviews so I decided to go through with it. He’s so understanding, patient, and informative. When my boyfriend and I found out he’s from our hometown in California, we discussed our favorite Vietnamese restaurants, cafes and things to do! Plus the fact, he and my boyfriend are both Vietnamese made it seem like they were bros from the get go! As for his work ethic: I love how he advises you of what is going on, what your treatment plan is, and what would be best FOR YOU! His sense of humor, and his laid back personality is the reason I’m coming back.
I love this dentist, the staff and this location. So glad I chose them to take care of my smile! My confidence has lifted SO MUCH since I met these wonderful people.

5 stars for Dr. Phong! He is amazing, kind, and actually cares about his patients which is why this is my designated location to go to.
Facts:
–He is willing to come in early and even stay late for his patients.
–He will always answer the phone or give you a call back as soon as possible if missed. (Including closed hours)
Definately recommend this dentist to everyone in the neighborhood.

I did filling、pit and fissure sealing and left side deep clean this morning. Dr. Phong is a careful and experienced dentist，very patient very gentleman，totally worth five stars

I landed in Vegas with a chipped tooth. It was 5 PM on a Sunday while every other place was closed. I was desperate to get this fixed right away. Dr. Phong was able to assist me and remedy my situation quickly and professionally. I can’t thank of enough!

Dr Tran was such a pleasure to talk to! Lena was just the most polite beautiful lady to speak with also! I actually didn’t feel nervous there! Dr. Tran sure knows his stuff! As a professional SAG/​AFTRA Actress who is on film, print and television constantly I totally recommend him! Also a beautifully decorated office and professional knowledgeable staff make this the go to dentist in Las Vegas!

I came for the first time and Dr Phong and his crew took the time to educate me on how to read my X-​rays so that I can make smart decisions and understand what is exactly what I need. He is great!
