History

Established in 1975.

Mr. Harding has successfully tried many cases including a Medical Malpractice action involving profound brain injuries to a child at birth which resulted in a judgment of $ 6,000,000 and a Medical Malpractice action which resulted in the largest loss of consortium verdict in the state of Nevada $ 3,000,000. Another Medical Malpractice action against Valley Hospital resulted in a judgment in excess of $ 1,000,000. Also Mr. Harding has successfully obtained many favorable jury verdicts in cases involving automobile and trip and fall accidents.
