Business Owner

Craig P. Kenny learned the importance of the law and how lawyers treat their clients at an early age. Born of immigrant parents, he suffered the loss of his two older brothers in separate personal injury accidents. His first experiences with the legal profession were with lawyers more concerned with the financial rewards of the cases than with the trauma their clients had endured. These lessons served him well early in his law career and, as he opened his own firm, instilled in him the ideal that each client was of the utmost importance and that service would be the hallmark of the firm. Craig earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. He then earned a Masters in Public Administration from UNLV after which he earned his Juris Doctorate from Tulane University.

Thanks Craig. I got a ticket for speeding. (215 speed trap around Valle Verde and Stephanie). I paid the fee to Mr. Kenny and then was sent a new ticket. It wasn’t even a moving violation. And really cheap. Got out of the whole thing for less than a fourth of the cost. I will take all of my tickets here.

I’ve used Craig P Kenny and Associates 2x. One for my traffic ticket and one for my son’s traffic ticket. Both experience are positive experiences. What I love about this place is their excellent client service– the staff are all very helpful. They return calls promptly. They always help when I have a follow up question. They take time to research the case and give me the answers right away vs asking me to call back again. The staff is what makes the whole experience less stressful. I called Craig P. Kenney & Associates today for assistance with a speeding ticket. The wonderful receptionist who answered the call looked up my citation and informed me that the ticket had already been automatically reduced to a parking violation. She told me all I needed to do was go online and pay the ticket, and I didn’t need their services! What?! They didn’t try to rip me off! Amazing! I thought it surely must be too good to be true. So after 25 minutes on hold with LV Justice Court, they confirmed that yes, it had been reduced to a parking ticket, and all I needed to do was pay it, no points, no traffic school! Done.
I am so grateful for the HONESTY of this attorney’s office! I will definitely call them again should this situation ever arise again.

I have had my doubts even going to a lawyer after an accident (Given all the horror stories I’ve heard from friends and family) but this experience changed my whole perspective! I’m not the strictest driver period.
I’ve used few other lawyers in town to take care of my previous tickets, before finding these guys and had bad experience (do not use the pink house!!!)
Another lawyer recommended them, plus my ticket was at Henderson jurisdiction and not many layers serve the area.
Dropped off my ticket, paid the service fee and I was waiting for the date to approach.
For some reason my court session was rescheduled twice and that made me a bit nervous. No one at the office could’ve explain me why it was rescheduled.
The outcome was good and I’m glad i found them. I hope I dont have to visit you soon.

These guys are AMAZING. First of all, I rarely try a business based off of word-​of-​mouth. However, I had so many of my friends telling me about these guys that I gave them a shot with a speeding ticket I had. That was about 5 – 6 years ago now, and I’ve used these guys for 4 different tickets I’ve had since then. Yes, I’m an awful driver, but Craig and his team help me recover quickly and effortlessly every time I have to call them. I’ve spread the word myself, and I’ve now had a friend and my boyfriend use their services. Efficient, friendly and responsive.

I had gotten a speeding ticket a while ago that I never paid so it eventually turned into a warrant. I called there office they looked it up, charged me $ 150 to get the warrant cleared and overall they got my speeding ticket reduced to a parking ticket no school or anything and I only had to pay 149 $ for the ticket a lot less then what I expected. Stacy was the one that helped me out and she was great. I only went to there office once all the other times I just called which is so convenient for me. I loved it. Oh and did I mention they have annual office parties for the public. I went once and had so much fun. They are definitely my to go attorneys for when I have a problem!

Got a speeding ticket near the airport by one of those sneaky bike cops. They got my ticket converted to a illegal parking after paying the $ 302 fine. Exactly the outcome I was seeking… don’t want any speeding tickets on my record. Thanks!

I rarely write reviews, but one is certainly in order. I was in Vegas on business and was pulled over by an over zealous police officer who said I did a dangerous u-​turn in front of him which caused him to «apply his brakes». This was going to be a big moving violation, and since I am from Los Angeles, there was no way for me to make the court date. To cut to the chase — I called Craig P. Kenny & Associates and they were professional and helpful from the start. They appeared in court for me and not only got my ticket reduced to a parking violation, but got the fine reduced as well. They made the whole process easy and pain free. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I was pulled over by troopers on I-​215 for following too closely and went to Craig kinny to handle it for a $ 50 administrative fee. Staff just wants to get off the phone and impersonal. At first they said it would be reduced to a parking ticket, no points, no traffic school. They did all that but the fine was still nearly $ 400. If I had known that I Would have fought the ticket in court because half the time the troopers don’t show up. They should have told me upfront you will still pay the full fine. If there is a next time I might try the ticket guy he seems to get fined reduced according to his reviews. Also I had to call them for outcome there was no courtesy call. They need to be more professional. Thank you for your explanation.

Craig P Kennedy is 1 word Real! He is a great person, not just an attorney but a person. He does care and I think that after living in Las Vegas for more than 10 years and having my fair share of Traffic Ticket Lawyers from now on he will be the Only Person I refer and the Only person I use. My brothers case was a bit problematic and Craig made sure that we were still happy and that is all I have to say about that. I have never been so thrilled to deal with such a professional organization for several years now. Of all the people we have dealt with, especially Leon Symanski, they have proven to be more than just attorneys but great friends too.
My wife was injured at a home improvement store due to a faulty bathroom door and they took our case on pro bono. Was informed of the process and updates on a regular basis and the case was finally just settled. Leon worked with the doctors to assist her injuries and we didn’t have to wait several weeks like most places. We are satisfied with the results and I was glad to have used them for a case like this as well as we have used them for traffic fines too. Great people and great service.

CPK handled a few warrants for some traffic tickets that I let go. The total cost of the tickets was over $ 2000, and I was charged $ 250 for the 3 warrants.
I called back to have them handle another traffic ticket I got and they told me that my other 3 cases were dismissed. No cost to me (other than the initial investment).
Amazing staff and definitely worth the money. Great doing business with them. :))

They took care of a traffic ticket once easily and professionally, so when I became involved in a criminal matter, I turned to them for help.
Long story short, without adding too much information, my experience of them for the whole matter has just been nothing but a disappointment and frustrations. The legal secretary that was responsible for my case is rude, never returns phone calls, and condescending when I am able to get in touch with her. They also did not do much to represent me, so that the day before I was to appear in court, the DA office actually called me in person and asked if I wanted to settle. He was surprised when I said I had an attorney. And of course then he realized he was not supposed to be talking to me directly.
In a nutshell they do great traffic tickets. But for anything else, I don’t think I’ll recommend them to others.

Craig P Kenny & Associates are, by far, the BEST in town! Not only am I impressed by their ability to negotiate and dramatically reduce my fines, but I am also pleased by the professionalism of their staff. They answered my many questions with patience and tact.
The process was very easy. I pay a small fee, they do all the work and go to court, then I pay off my fines. They even follow up with emails describing the payment options in detail.
I learned about CPK through a friend and I am happily referring all my coworkers, friends, and family members. Where else can you work less and save more money?!
