Sally Beauty Supply

I have been going to Sally’s for over 20 years and love the store. This particular store has great customer service. The owner is a sweet heart! I used to go to the one on Fort Apache and Tropicana which has a very different review from me. Anyway, they are always very helpful in this store and don’t just stand around talking to each other. If you have a choice… GO TO THIS ONE! They will answer your questions, offer advice and do not have an attitude.

Ahhhh Sally! I love thee! This applies to most all of them! This particular day we went to lunch at China One and I was like BRB to the bf. I walked in and a nice girl was working, I already knew what I was going for because I frequent these places like a pedo at schools.
I seen what I needed (I’m going to «ombré» my hair so I needed bleach and crap) I was like HELLA?! Buy one get one free?! YES! Ohhhh snap! valid only 8÷1−8÷7 today was July 30^th! The girl came up to me and gave me a flyer thing, then asked if I needed help. For some reason I must have a look people fall in love with then get into a trance because I asked her about the bogo. Her reply was, of course that’ll apply even if its not August. Hot damn! I was in business!
I walked around looking for other crap I didnt need, but «had» to buy. I was ready to check out with my mountain of junk, I also had to get some clipper oil and a clipper guard. She asked if I had my discount card; I’m a cheap bastard and always say I forgot it (even though I dont have one) but today I felt a jolt to just go out on a limb and buy one! So I asked, «Since its the end of the month, would you put an August sticker instead of July?» she looked at me and was like, yes! She went the extra mile to go find one since they didnt have them out yet! Ahhh I was in heaven! I didnt care how long she took, I was actually receiving quality customer service!
She rang me up and I felt like giving her a tip, but I spent almost 40 $ on things I didnt need so I gave her a smile and a «Have a GREAT day!»
I will return! I love this place! Its not busy on the weekends! She said it gets busy on Friday.
