Business Owner

Cosmin Mahadev Singh was born in Bucharest, Romania — a country with a deep-​rooted history in diversity and spirituality. His upbringing, enriched with a combination of old and new world teachings, set the foundation for an inner calling of growth and search for knowledge, which led him on his spiritual path.

Cosmin’s own world experience gives him the ability to exercise true empathy and compassion. His universal teachings transcend cultural and demographic boundaries and can be understood and appreciated by everyone. His teachings parallel the proverb, «give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man how to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.»

Cosmin goes beyond feeding you knowledge for a day. He provides you with the «know-​how» to recognize and harness the necessary tools for skillful living.

Cosmin is licensed with Kundalini Research Institute and registered with the International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association. He is also an accomplished Traditional Reiki Master

This place has been a resting place for my soul for quit sometime now. The essence of peace that just takes over you the moment you walk in is enough. The teachers are so knowledgeable that each class is a learning experience that feeds the spirit of a true seeker. This is a place that I pray I never part with, I love the energy, the staff, the students, the ambiance and presentation of a soothing home away from home. A place that is guiding me home within. The yoga and meditation of Kundalini is a beautiful journey and it is here that mine began.

RYK is the best yoga studio I have ever been to. The moment I walk in I feel an instant sense of peace, healing, and tranquility. The teachers there are passionate, kind, wise, and skilled and do so much to make everyone feel welcome. The Kundalini yoga and meditation classes have tremendously improved my overall physical health and mental well being. I have been attending Cosmin’s classes for over 4 years and in every class I have learned something new and valuable. I also enjoy and benefit from Carina’s healing Chakra Balancing Yoga, Cristin’s restorative Yin Yoga, Isa’s peaceful Mindfulness Meditations, and Yanqing’s challenging and energizing Kundalini classes. Another thing that makes RYK special is the sense of community. While attending classes, New Moon/​Full Moon meditations, educational workshops, and fun movie nights, I have connected with so many beautiful souls and made lifelong friendships.

RYK is a great place to start your journey. It is such a warm, welcoming environment. Cosmin and the other instructors are all very genuine, friendly and informative. Kundalini yoga is the main focus, but other types of classes are offered as well. They regularly have full moon and new moon meditations, which I find to be very powerful. They also hold fun events such as a monthly dinner and spiritual movie night, as well as charity events.
Along with the diverse classes and workshops taught at RYK, there are also a few people with offices at RYK offering massage and other types of therapies like hypnotherapy, past life regression and others.
There is also a small store inside RYK that offers a nice variety of products including clothing, books, CDs, jewelry, nutritional supplements and yoga accessories.
I am very grateful that my husband found RYK nearly two years ago and that we’ve become regulars there. Not only are the classes great for your physical health, they also benefit your mental and spiritual health.

I love this studio. My spiritual teacher got me into kundalini yoga, I found this place and it’s fantastic! They have kundalini yoga classes which I attend multiple times a week. Very good teachers! Highly recommend.

I’d give 4.5 stars if I could. This is a great sanctuary for spiritual yoga and practice. I have attended meditations and workshops here with Yanqing and Isa, and I think they are both fantastic. It is a wonderful respite in the desert, with special people leading the classes. Having spent a long time searching, I am glad to have finally found a spot like this.

When one thinks of the resort town of Las Vegas, the topics of enlightenment and spiritual experiences are seldom discussed. In this regard, the RYK Yoga and Meditation Center is truly an island of serenity.
I have had the good fortune of experiencing Kundalini yoga under the direction of yoga master Cosmin Dumitru at a time of uncertain health and other challenges. Through RYK and Cosmin, I experienced first-​hand spiritual epiphanies, a sense of the divine, and in communion with God, Brahman, Nirvana, or the Universe. My experiences at RYK have been enlightening, uplifting, evolving and were instrumental in the recovery of my health and affected every sphere of my thought and activity.
If you are looking for a safe, supportive, intellectually engaging place to learn the practice of yoga and Kundalini meditation, without any pressure or entrenched dogma, this is it.

Maybe you are looking for answers to the seemingly unanswerable questions of life. I was, and my long search had yielded nothing until I happened upon Kundalini yoga.
Before I discovered this yoga I was starting to believe that life was simply a puzzle that contained missing pieces, yet many of those pieces started to fall into place as I began to practice. There is a large aspect of meditation to Kundalini yoga and from my first class onward I was amazed to sense subtle shifts taking place within my mind and body. I realized I had found what I had been looking for. Perhaps it is what you have been looking for too.

Wow. Where do I start? Cosmin and the Kundalini teachings have changed my life. RYK is like an oasis in the desert. You will feel the amazing energy when you walk in. The people you will meet at RYK are pure and just being there is uplifting. If you are looking for shelter, for some place to go to recharge, to rebuild your body mind and soul, or to just enhance your life in any way, you really should try RYK. The Gong Bath Meditations are amazing. It’s basically a very powerful sound therapy. It resets your body systems and turns off your mind so you can relax. It helps your sleep, your immune system, you will get calmer and stronger. Your relationships will get better. Your stress level will go down. And if you like the classes and feel inspired to put a little work into the process, you will find true happiness. I am not joking. I would not joke about such a serious thing as happiness :) Sat Nam.

I have been doing yoga for 30 years. This is one of the nicer yoga studios I have ever been to. Even though it is primarily Kundalini, it also offers a variety of other types of classes, including Reiki and Prayana. The environment is very nice and peaceful. As soon as I walked in I felt a sense of calm and healing. It’s very clean, with nice energy. The staff is exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful. All of the instructor are fantastic. Going to classes at this studio has really improved my sense of well being. I highly recommend trying it out.

I’ve been going to Cosmin’s Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Class on & off for the past year and a half; what I would like to say in this review– if you feel that you have no time for yourself, if you feel frazzled and stressed from the onslaught of the daily grind and if you find that your other activities seem to drain rather than rejuvenate, then I suggest you take one of the meditation classes and connect with your inner being.

With Kundalini Yoga you will learn how to balance and strengthen your entire being – mind, body, and soul. RYK is so much more than a yoga and meditation center. Its a place to make lifelong connections with beautiful souls. I suggest you start with a new moon or full moon meditation and feel the energy of the group. You won’t regret it. Any fitness level can benefit. If you have any doubts – just spend 5 minutes talking to Cosmin. He is amazing.

I started on my yoga/​spiritual journey about 3 years ago. I had heard about Kundalini Yoga from a Dave Matthews interview and thought what the hell. I had no idea what I’d randomly stumbled upon…
I was 36, in bad shape and had never done yoga. I was on WAY too much of a certain anti anxiety medication and needed to get off of it. With the help of Cosmin and the teachings of Yogi Bhajan and Kundalini Yoga I was able to do this. The teachings completely turn my spiritual/​emotional life around. Which shocker, pretty much saved my life.
If you’re looking for an amazing teacher to introduce you to the most remarkable type of yoga around, I cannot recommend it enough. Regardless of your experience with yoga or your trepidation about trying it, just do it. You’re not going to find a more profound, personable and less pretentious instructor in town than Cosmin. And the results are life changing.
