Took us the day of the call. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and nice. The assistants were pleasant. Great service.

Can I give zero stars? This is THE«ABSOLUTE» WORST Dentist office I have ever been to. Called to make an appointment for two college age sons who would be in town for a very short period of time. I stressed that fact when I made the appointment and told the receptionist that my husband would come in within the hour to give the insurance information. My husband drove down to the office, gave the cards and ID, they made copies, and he left. The day before the appointment the receptionist called to say my sons could not be seen because we didnt have insurance. I explained what happened and she put me on hold. When she came back, she said that the person who took the info put the copies in the folder but never entered the info into their system. She said she would verify with my insurance the next day(the day of the appt) to be sure we were covered. I asked her to do it right then, and she said she couldnt– they were closing INANHOUR and didnt have time. She then called me the day of the appt to say the insurance did indeed go through, but since they were fully booked, they could only have an exam and a cleaning. If any more work needed to be done they would have to come back another time. —Not ideal, because, as I stressed when making the initial appt, they were due to go back to college. I said fine– because at least they would get an exam and a cleaning. Then about an hour later(again, the day of the appt) I received another call, asking if we could come in an hour earlier because they had a cancellation. I agreed. We went in 20 minutes before the new appt time, and waited 45 minutes to be taken back. They then came out and said that both of my sons needed a «deep cleaning»(the last cleaning was six months prior) and new sealants. «Deep cleaning» is not covered and sealants are not covered in patients over 18, so I refused.(A Deep cleaning, really???) My sons then waited another hour in the back while, in their words, everyone watched television. Finally, 3 hours after arriving, we were allowed to leave. 3 hours for an exam and a cleaning. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

I came to this office and saw a horrible dentist: Leon Banchik. He appeared to be nice, and professional enough at the beginning so I decided to get invisaline. My teeth are exactly the same after following his instruction to always wear them except when I ate solid foods. So I wore them just about 22 hrs a day and still no positive outcome. But the worst part is that he lied to my face with a smile and tells me he would order me new aligners and give a call once they were in. weeks went by nothing so I called, a month went by this time so I went in and he kept telling me he would let me know once they were in. It’s been way over a year now! The only reason I finally gave up is because I had several issues after wearing invisaline including cracked molars. Before spending $ on anything do your homework. Don’t make the same mistake I made! Choose a dentist that truly wants to improve your health instead of financial gain.

I had been used this clinic for more than 2 years and I would never use or any other Absolute Dental office again. And here is the story. From time to time when you book an appointment for just teeth cleaning, they would also let you do a dental exam for the same time. For my health insurance I can only do one dental exam each year. Once they did two dental exams within 11 months and I had to take some money out from my pocket for the 2nd exam. So, for the 3rd time when they put dental exam on my new teeth cleaning appointment, I insisted to say ‘NO’ and they agreed. On the day of the appointment, they called me to reminder me for the appointment, and I confirmed with them that there would be no dental exam. Although they highly suggested me do that, we agreed that I could do teeth cleaning only. However, when I arrived there, they said I had to do a dental exam otherwise they wouldn’t allow me to do teeth cleaning. Again, I would never visit any Absolute Dental office. Worst frontdesk support error. I prefer to give them a rate 0 out of 5, instead of 1 out of 5.

My whole family has now been to this location. The wait time in the lobby is out of this world. My 6 year old son waited over 50 minutes for just a cleaning. The office is VERY unorganized, or being ran by someone who can’t figure out scheduling. We are sitting in their lobby right now, my husbands exam and check up was for 10AM and its 10:45 now, still waiting. For my visit when I went inside and sat on the chair the first thing I noticed was the old dirt packed into all of the cracks of the seat. I brought this to the dentist attention and he said he would have the cleaning crew take care of it. We will see, I asked my husband to check it out. Basically this place isn’t the best, but they do have a great dentist. I believe their dentists float from location to location so from now on we will be visiting a sister location. Oh by the way the great dentist is Leon Banchik, he really is great at what he does. Hope this helps!
