The worst customer service ever! They are never staffed and heaven forbid you don’t make an appointment you will ever be seen in a timely matter. This place is joke! I waited over and hour and was told people with appointment are seen 1st. I understand that but if you book appoints all day and almost everyday so you can’t make an appoint until 2⁄3 weeks out what is the point of taking walk-​ins if you make them wait for hours! The staffing to patient ratio here is horrible!

I have been standing at the front counter for, literally, 20 minutes. The lady at the front counter, Cathy, has barely acknowledged me. So frustrating. All I want to know is if my lab orders have even arrived from my doctors office so I will know if I should continue to wait or come back. I don’t mind waiting at all really but gosh, take a second to let a patron talk.

Friendly and efficient staff. Was informed right at sign-​in that the wait was about an hour. I didn’t have an appointment. I arrived around 9:30 a.m. and left around 10:30 a.m. The waiting area is clean, spacious, and the chairs are relatively comfortable. Parking is easy, and the walk up to the building is short. Overall, a pleasant experience.

I had a pretty good experience at this location. I showed up at 11:25 am, as a walk-​in. The lady working the front desk (I didn’t get her name) was super friendly and collected my info promptly. They had already called me back by 11:55 (which was extremely surprising to me, since I didn’t have an appointment). The phlebotomist was extremely nice and accommodating. I told her I get a little faint when having my blood drawn, so she took me to a room where I could lay down while she was doing the blood draw. I was walking out of there and getting into my car by 12:10. I will definitely be using this location for lab work from now on.
