Had a toothache over the weekend, called them and left and emergency message with answering service, and went there on Monday at 9:05am. Office door was closed. I saw people walking around in the office and knocked, no answer. I waited until 9:15am and knocked again, no answer. I called the office and they were still on answering service with people inside during office hours. Went to Home Depot to use the restroom and came back at 9:45am. Office door was still closed, but I knocked until somebody finally opened the door. She said the dentist was on «vacation» for the week. C’mon man! Why won’t they put up a sign or call me back? It was an emergency for goodness sake! Made me wait for nothing! Very unprofessional staff and an unprofessional dentist who cannot control the office staff to be somewhat accommodating. It’s Monday at 9:05am and your doors should be open when your office hours say Monday 9 – 5! Right? I blame the person in charge and he/she owes me an apology! I dare you to respond to this review and I will call your office right back. For now, you lost my business and I will not recommend you. If you value your business, customers matter.

Dentist is nice, but her staff is very unprofessional(«Rude, talks really loud when asking clients personal information, and will not hesitate to argue with you») staff really needs more training in customer service… when you bring up the issues with the dentist, she makes excuses for them(which leads me to believe she cares more about being friends with her staff then having clients in her office) news flash the clients are the ones who pays the bills without them you would not have a business or a job… taking our business else where !!!

My daughter started her treatment plan March 2014. She is halfway through and to see the transformation of her teeth from when they were crooked and growing on top of each other and the year and a half later her smile has transformed tremendously. I have come to the front desk and often spoke with Star who has always had exceptional customer service with me and Dr. Van Lue is great and personable with me and my daughter. All of the assistants are very friendly we usually see Heather. I’m excited to see the complete outcome of my daughters smile it’s already wonderful. We come every 5 – 6 weeks and I haven’t heard gossip or anyone’s personal information aloud so I definitely recommend this Dr for braces and I’m sure they are exexeptional with preventative care.

Very unprofessionl. Will make you wait a minimum of 10 minutes after you see the dentist just to check out. No courtesy calls for orhto. Billing department is up front and will give all of your information away in front of other patients whille on the phone with the billing department.
