Moved to southern highlands 6 mo this ago and tried out professional nail. Really good job on my nails! Comfortable atmosphere. Joe is my guy, makes the time go by so quickly. And I feel good about my nails when I leave.

First time here and it was a wonderful experience! My appointment was with Philip and he is absolutely amazing! He definitely takes the time to make sure your nails are perfect and to your liking. I don’t think I could see any other tech ever again. Will be back soon!

I had an amazing time! Joseph did my gel pedi an massage– he has magic hands, is super kind an considerate, an highly skilled! I totally recommend him!
Everyone is always nice an helpful. I have been getting my nails done for many years– so I’m a bit more high maintenance and picky as to what I want and expect in a quality nail salon– this place is a must for anyone who wants quality work, a great environment, an great service:))

All GREAT THINGS :) had a gel mani-​pedi for me cute artsy nails for my daughter. Got totally pampered in my chair by two magnificent ladies, Yesica and Lily. I’m not sure if all the ladies are the same but it was a great experience, but it sure seems like it. I even got hot stones with my pedi (standard…idk but it was awesome!) and the extra attention to my nails by Lily was noticed :) my daughters nails turned or so amazing (thank you Lisa) and I’m so pleased with the service here I’m hooked.
Usually I go to a place that’s $ 30 for a gel mani, but no more!!!

This is my new favorite nail salon! The place was well decorated and clean with plenty of space and modern tools. I didn’t make appointment so when i arrived they were kinda busy and i had to wait about 10 minutes until my turn but its definitely worth the wait. The staffs here were very professional, they knew a lot of designs and took time on customers. The lady that did my Gel Mani/​Pedi knew what she was doing, she gave me very good looking nails at reasonable prices. They didn’t even rush me out when my nails were drying. Great job Professor Nails & Spa. Highly recommended!

The techs are nice and professional. I especially like Lillian and Lynn. The only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is the selection of magazines. I like to catch up on gossip while getting a relaxing pedi, but their choices are old or a lot of nail mags. The other thing I don’t like is the incense, a nail salon already has enough scents without adding more. Other than those two things, a good place to get nails done.

I’ve been coming here consecutively for 2 months now. I am always so happy with my results! The décor in the shop is trendy and very beautiful!

While on a trip to Vegas, I decided to stop in to get my nails done as it had been a while since seeing my regular tech at home. The salon is large and pretty nice. There was a funky smell in there that smelled like sewage but other than that it was nice. My daughter and I both asked for gel manicures. My daughters tech was so fast, I’m not sure how she got a complete manicure. It literally took less than half an hour which is very unusual. My tech took longer and was almost an hour. She did skip a couple of the normal steps that I am used to but every the has their own style. She did mention that she was new to this salon so maybe she hasn’t found her groove yet. She did do a good job, however and I was pleased with the outcome of how both of our nails looked. I would go back if I were in the area again.

Literally the worst service I have ever had. I had an appt at 1 got seated for a pedicure at about 20. I stayed there and soaked my feet till about 2pm when still no one helped me. There was no manager or owner to complain to or anything. I left with zero resolution. Awful. I gave it one star because I had to or I wouldn’t put any.

Got a full set done by Philip and he was awesome ! Very nice and professional and he finished my set in a little over a hour right in time for my dinner! I found my new nail guy! Will def be returning! They also gave me a free gift of big and sexy hairspray, two big cans for being a first time customer!!! Love it.

I’ve been here several times since my last review. I have yet to find a technician that does good enough to come to every time. I had Lilian this time and I will probably request her next time I go. My pedicure was done perfectly, but my manicure is uneven and my nails have spots where she didn’t clip them all the way across. I’m not holding it against her, though, as she seemed to be flustered because when she was still doing my pedicure, her next appointment showed up (an hour early, mind you) and she was being rushed to finish my mani/​pedi because the lady with the appointment was in a rush. I was thrilled with Lillian, not so thrilled with the way I was treated because someone who showed up way early decided she couldn’t wait for her scheduled time.

I have been to many many nail salons and have had my fair share of experiences. This salon however, takes the cake for best experience I’ve had. There were no forced conversations, Holly did my nails exactly how I’d like them, and the overall experience is worth every penny!
The décor of the salon alone is outstanding and they’re just a bit more advanced than most places. There’s also complimentary snacks and drinks, if you’d like and for «welcome-​backs,» you get $ 10 off for every 300 points? I believe? Correct me if I’m wrong but regardless, I had an fantastic experience and enjoyed my surrounding. Very clean, fast-​paced yet wonderful work.
My new go-​to spot from now on. I highly recommend! I found this place through Unilocal and read the other reviews. Worth my time.

This is my favorite nail place in town and it happens to be only a few minutes from my house. Everything is always clean and the technicians use only sterile tools. I love how the pedicure chairs and manicure chairs are somewhat separated. It keeps the salon quiet which gives a relaxing touch. They offer all of the services you could expect and different scents of lotions and scrubs to enjoy. The reception staff are always nice and attentive.

Do I give a 3 or 4? I always err on the side of positivity and would normally do a 4 when I can’t decide, but I’m annoyed.
Just got back from this nail salon. Definitely pricier that others for a standard pedicure, but they also offer a lot more as well. Hot stone massage, massage chairs, coffee, beverages for kids. They even have two chairs designed for kids pedicures. Amazing, right?
My technicians Phillip, was awesome! My step mom’s technician was great, too. Receptionist was helpful and brought us coffee.
I wanted to knock two stars off for my daughter’s technician. What a B! My daughter was completely well-​behaved and sat still during the treatment (please keep in mind that she is 3. As in, closer to 2 than 4). She was an angel, and no, I’m not love blind. She can be really testy, but today, she was so calm and well-​mannered. She kept smiling at me from across the way and just sitting still. She accidentally moved her feet and the technician kept yelling, «I can’t do her nails again. I did it 3, 4 times already. You need to get somebody to else. She keeps messing it up!» Over and over. And over and over. Like trying to embarrass us. I don’t care if her nails got messed up. I simply wanted her to have this experience (this was her very first pedicure). The technician just kept shaking her head and saying she messed up her nails and said she would not redo them. Whatever. I don’t care. I wanted her to have fun, not get scolded and talked about, in front of people, again and again. She is only 3. Don’t ruin life for her.
If you don’t like working with kids, don’t give kids services. That is all.
I will reiterate that Phillip was great! And I don’t remember the name of my step mom’s technician. But she was great too! 5 stars, had my daughter’s technician been slightly more pleasant. We will go back and if I see her, request someone else for her. She only has patience for adults I’m assuming.

Took my daughter her for the first time for an eye brow wax. We are new to this side of town. The technician ripped my daughter’s skin off! Her face was red and irritated for several days (this was not her first wax by any means!) Ridiculous!

I’ve been coming here for over a year. It’s always a relaxing and luxurious experience. Lynn is my go to gal for a great manicure and pedicure. I’ve seen several other technicians and haven’t had a bad pedicure, they are all pretty good.
Manicures, or gel manicures are a different story, they have been a hit or miss for me. Lynn is great, but I had a few terrible ones before finding her.
Lately I’ve been getting acrylics and Teddy is awesome. My nails look great and last a full 2 weeks without any issues. He also gives a great pedicure.
My 5 stars are based on the salon experience as a whole and Lynn and Teddy and my go to techs.

Another before prom season I was looking around for nail salon that wouldn’t break my bank, and this place is the place to go! The staff was super nice and they had such amazing service. I was in and helped before my appointment time. The manager was nice and helped us get our pedicure started. Jessica was the one who did my nails and I absolutely love them! She conversed with me the whole time and was very nice. I’d recommend anyone to go to Jessica!
Definitely coming back again and again to this place!
