This is by far my favorite nail shop. It’s not fancy but the staff is so friendly. I’ve had many techs do my nails and they all do a fabulous job. I now only see Andy for my manicures but I’ll see anyone for my pedicures. Andy is just good at what he does and it’s nice having him remember who I am and what I like color and design wise.
My nails always last 3 weeks between visits without lifting or breaking which tells me they use quality products.
Definitely call ahead for an appointment as they book up quickly. It’s worth the wait in my opinion.

I’ve literally never hated my nails more than I do right now. Worst experience I’ve EVER had. Seriously contemplating going back in to have them soak the gel polish off. $ 40 down the drain. I’ll never be back!

I actually went to sweet nails on southern highland and cactus and a guy I had never seen before did my nails. He was amazing and I asked if he had always been there and he told me this is where he is from! He did such an amazing job, I thought I would give him a shout out because I left the salon feeling beautiful!

Love this place! First time here, and I had an amazing experience! Staff was really friendly, and made it so comfortable! Also, my nails were perfect! And, it’s hard for me to be in love with my nails when anyone else does them! Go to Andy!

I absolutely LOVE this place. Great customer service and they such an AMAZING job on my nails. I will recommend this place to anyone. 5 stars but if I can give them 10 000 stars I would! Amazing. Andy, Natalie, Bryan, or Michelle are my favorites! They do such great work!

Love this place! Great service — they are friendly & quick! The pedicure even includes a hot stone massage. The price is very reasonable for the quality. Will keep coming back when I can!

I really enjoy coming here. Especially after Nail Professor lost my business. I get a pedicure and polish change by Andy. He’s great and does the job right! This is a great salon and they are always busy. Make sure you call ahead to make an appointment.

Was contacted by owner regarding my previous experience and offered a free manicure. While I will continue to be wary about who I let do my eyebrows, I am still very fond of the business. Tina is always an excellent manicurist, and very dedicated to the quality of her work.

I love this place, pedicures are always so relaxing with the hot stones & my nails are always done as requested. Tina is great & was very helpful helping me pick a color :)

i just had my nails done in here today with a friend, and the lady i got seriously did an awful job. and i don’t mean to be rude but first off i tried to make small talk and i said «do you like your job» and she responded with «NO»…uhmm, why are you at a nail salon. cause clearly your work shows how much you cant stand your job. i do nails myself and i am extremely passionate about doing them and my work SHOWS that… i just prefer not to do my own nails. unfortunately my AMAZING nail girl CeCe at Polished Nails and Spa will be the ONLY place i will ever go again! Booked or not, i will wait for her! extremely disappointed that i even paid 30 $ at this place… it is all over my cuticles and looks TERRIBLE! wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone!

They’re supposed to be «specialists» in eyebrows. I asked the girl to shape my brows with what hair I have. My eyebrow hair is medium to thin but it can be done because another place shaped it so nicely it still looked full. But this girl at highlands was like I can only clean it because there’s no tail and that I’d have to color it in. After she did what she could it looked like she didn’t do a damn thing. Good cause now I can go somewhere else.
My friend on the other hand has nice full eye brows and can shape it into practically what ever. She asked her to make it have an arch and not a round shaped eyebrow. To this, the girl said she couldn’t because her eyebrows is naturally rounded. She ended up having thick rounded brows. This was ridiculous cause this NEVER is an issue especially with her thick eyebrows. I tried asking her to make it better to how we wanted but she kept saying she couldn’t. They are not «eyebrow specialists» and I did not appreciate the workers taking up the chairs in the waiting room. Never again. I won’t go here for their other services either.

I can’t believe I gave this place another chance… My sister loves going here and all I needed was a quick pedi. Well I got a lot more than I bargained for. I know have an infected toe that I may need to go to the doctor for because all of my natural remedies aren’t working. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE! NEGATIVE STARS!!!

Amazing service! My sister in law and I had a manicure & pedicure here (I had gel manicure) and were pleasantly surprised by this hidden gem. The technicians are very friendly, knowledgeable, and talented. The station were extremely clean, the pedicure tubs were lined with plastic and when our pedicures were completed they threw the plastic out then sanitized the tubs and lined with new liners. I appreciated knowing that they go the extra steps to ensure cleanliness. Customer service was fantastic. I highly recommend trying them out.

Lucky for me I live only a mile from this amazing salon. They do the best gel manicures and pedicures. I usually go for the pink and white full set but I enjoy it when the technician creates a design. They are very fast and efficient and I would definitely recommend this salon to others. Keep up with the great work.

Best nail spa salon I have ever been too! I have been a loyal client of this nail salon in Southern Highlands for about 8 years now & I have yet to find a better place! Clean, modern, quality service at reasonable prices! A basic pedicure is like getting a deluxe pedicure at other nail salons. The hot stone massage adds the pampering indulgence… ahh! :) The owners and all of the nail techs are knowledgeable & do a great job! You can’t go wrong with who you get, but my go to girl is Natalie! Love Highland Nail Salon!!!

Overall Experience: I would go back again
After reading the reviews, I thought it wouldn’t hurt to try this nail salon out since I was on this side of town.
I made an appointment at 5pm and was quickly seated and out by 5:50pm. The ladies were very nice and the service was quick, which are two things I really appreciate. I had one tech working on my pedicure and one tech working on my gel manicure. The quality of the product was above average, yet does not surpass the quality provided by my nail tech from my go-​to nail salon. The pricing is average. It’s not super expensive which is a plus.
My ombré g nails turned out beautiful and the regular pedicure with hot stones was relaxing; however, there are a few things that bother me. My nails were slightly sharp on the corners, which I can easily scratch myself by accident with or get caught in something. I’m not sure why it was not rounded to make sure the corners weren’t sharp.
Secondly, one of the gels on my nail look completely off and for some reason appears more rounded. I think this was caused by drying my gel nails on the pedicure chair at an uncomfortable angle. I didn’t have a choice and I’ll give the tech the benefit of doubt that she didn’t know that would happen
Finally, the massage chair. I like massage chairs but I was barely able to enjoy it because I was being simultaneously worked on. They turned it off after 10 minutes.
Overall, I would go back again, but I would make sure that the minute detail problems won’t happen again.

Decided to give this place a shot since the other place I go to was closed and I needed to get my set removed. Needless to say it was pain free. I got a gel manicure and I’m in love with it! Looks so good and clean. Definitely listened to what I wanted. The gentlemen who did my nails was very friendly. Great atmosphere. I will be coming here from now on!

I went with my husband who also got a pedicure.
We chose the cheapest of all choices $ 25 and added the wax parafin treatment for $ 5.
Can’t even describe how good it felt, and our feet look amazing!

Very nice. I was impressed by the hot stone massage. The nail tech was fantastic. The environment is calming and comfortable. The disposable liners for the foot tube was the primary reason that I would drive 30 minutes to this location. They were definitely worth it! I did call ahead and the appointment was scheduled within an hour. There was no wait when I arrived. Wonderful experience. Will be back soon. Thanks.

Kyle, Trina, Andy, Michelle and Natalie are the absolute best… only reason for 4 star instead of 5 is they have a couple techs who are inconsistent at best. I recommend making an appointment.
