PCP was the de facto paint and body shop for a car club that previously existed in Vegas. The members still bring their cars in quite often, and we have heard mostly good reviews from them. My employer also utilizes them for customer cars and our race car too. When my wife’s car was backed into, it seemed like a no-brainer to take it to the shop that I have seen do so many amazing projects. We were heading out of town for a week, and asked if they could get the car completed in that time. They said it would be close, but yes, they were pretty confident that they could get it done. Aside from an issue with the idiot who backed into her car’s insurance«forgetting» to mail the check to us… TWICE, the process was pretty seamless, especially given that we were 3 states away during the work. However, when my wife was getting ready to pick her car up, she called the shop, and asked if it would be ready for pick up during her lunch hour. Since she works for the State, they are not so lenient on taking as long of lunches as you see fit, it was vital that she get in and out of the shop. The shop staff said, yes, your car is ready, come on down. She gets there and guess what? They were still working on the car doing some final touches. It took another half hour to finish up what they said was already completed. They could have told her that it would be a little while, so she didn’t have to start the process to not get in trouble getting back to lunch late. The quality of work was good, a clip was missing here and there, but the paint looked good, the body work is impeccable!
