Business Owner

Passion to stay ahead of the curve by living at least one month a year in Japan. Researching trends and techniques of fish care and japanese cooking. Having a staff that shares the vision of staying true to the fundamentals of japanese food as well as creating progressive new rolls that are constantly in demand by the populace of new sushi eaters. My current goal is to have all sushi eaters discover the subtle taste of seasonal fishes.
