This place is trash. Went here to check on a dead battery and the guy told me it was dead and i needed to buy a new one… he also said that the battery (the dead one) still has the warranty and that i can bring it back and they will refund me my money… i came back to return and some little asshole said i cant return it because the dead battery is still good… why the fuck would u sell me a new one than you piece of shit… well i straight called the cops wow how fast they jumb to get my fucking money back o Chris you can go and fuck yourself you piece of shit. Avoid this place they are trash they are quick to take your money amd not help you out at all. if i could i would give this place a 0.

The site that needs recognition is the Oreilly on Losee road. The staff has always been so helpful especially (Jon) who put 110 percent to make the Customer feel like they are buying from the best. This site is an example of honest and friendly staff. I’ll go there for my auto parts every time.
