Open Access BPO is a Philippines-based outsourcing firm with headquarters in San Carlos, California. In 2006, the company was established as a small telemarketing startup before eventually offering non-voice customer service and e-commerce solutions in addition to its voice services. Open Access transferred operations to the Makati Business District in the Philippines the following year. It now has over 400 employees serving various companies from different industries across the globe.
