One Nevada Credit Union

I went in today to deposit some cash into the ATM. After I was done I needed a $ 100 dollar bill to be broken but the lady told me she was unable to do that… UHM, you’re a bank that I pay to use and you can’t break my money? What am I paying a monthly fee for then? to store my money? I can do that under my mattress for free. It really irritates me that I have to go completely out of my way to break my money (and spend unnecessary money to break it) when my bank should do that for me. You know, since you’re a bank, A PLACE FOR MONEY. Absolutely ridiculous

I have been a customer with One Nevada for several years and I have had some good and bad experiences. But overall good. Of all the years I have banked here, today was the first personable team member I have encountered that looked me in the eye and had a conversation with me while helping me.
Thank you Rebecca Albrecht for being professional, knowledgeable, offering services I was not aware of and being pleasant while doing so.
I have worked in customer service most of my life and a little kindness and understanding goes a long way! Please continue to offer this level of service because it will keep customers banking with this bank. Believe me I several friends who have walked away from this bank because of the service so having people like Rebecca make all the difference. I ended my day in the bank and was not looking forward to having to go, but Rebecca changed that!!! I look forward to her staying at this branch and am hoping that she does. Thank you again!!!

Normally I can take care of my banking needs at the drive up ATM, but on rare occasions when I need to go into the bank the people here are always friendly and professional. Thank you Ericka for your help today and answer all my question in regards to my auto loan, your advice was appreciated as well. Thanks and good luck!

Their customer service sucks. I have a fraudulent charge on my bank account and it has been a PAIN to get a hold of someone that sounds like they are going to make the slightest effort to make this right. I’ve never had to complain before in the 17 years I’ve had an account but this experience has left a horrible impression and it’s time to move on.

Experienced great service from Teresa when I was setting up a new account. She was professional and friendly and knowledgeable about the services offered. I would recommend this location. It is ready to get to, and staffed properly. I get frustrated at my other banks. Maybe I’ll come here more.

I had a problem with my debit card not working on Friday night and I have to say I did panic a bit. I am new to One Nevada so I didn’t know what to expect. But I was contacted the next day and everything was made right! I will update my rating later after I have built a relationship with them. Thanks again for fixing the problem promptly!

I’ve had a savings account here for a while. I didn’t have such a great experience in the past but went in to open a checking account. I was pleasantly surprised and delighted by Rebecca who was very friendly, very personable, professional and made me feel like she really cared. If more businesses had employees like that, it would be a more enjoyable experience doing business.

I’m writing another on this location because I’ve had a few dealings here as well.
Came in for a personal loan. Had an appointment with a representative, which was rescheduled by the representative (no problem, she called us ahead of time to reschedule).
We came in, had a specific schedule where we had to pick our son up from school. We were kept waiting past our scheduled appointment about ½ hour.
The representative was very apologetic, and we were as cordial as we could be, but mostly because we just didn’t want anything to keep us from our loan.
We made it clear to her that we had to leave soon, so she needed to kick it into gear because we needed to get our son. We weren’t late getting our son, thank goodness, but if you’re going to schedule an appointment for a member, keep the appointment and don’t make them wait in an empty waiting room for no reason.

I’ve only been a member for a short time, but I am happy with the service, as well as benefits I receive from One Nevada. Your staff at the North El Capitan branch has been excellent! They all deserve great recognition from the effort they have put in to keep me as a member. Please go in and give them all high-five’s and lollipops, or some kind of reward. They have been fabulous and deserve a treat.
