In 2009, within a month after being laid off from a major construction builder in Chicago, Jean founded Notary​Pub​licInChicago​.com providing highly specialized mobile notary services to private and business parties.

Business Owner

A graduate of The School of Hard Knocks, from a 650 sq.ft. apartment in Chicago, this single income mother found herself unemployed as a result of the real estate crash of 2008. Jean is a service oriented individual who started her working life as a waitress, and topped out as the highest paid construction administrative assistant in February, 2009. In March, 2009, ChicagoSigningService — a ²⁴⁄₇ Mobile Notary Service — was launched.

Within the first year of starting www​.Notary​Pub​licInChicago​.com, Jean felt the need for more reliable notaries to take the overflow of the business that immediately began pouring in. She has personally certified and trained 15 other notaries who service all of Chicagoland, Southwest Michigan and Las Vegas.

In Mid 2015, Jean took it to a new level. With highly trained and reliable staff in Chicago, Jean departed to Las Vegas to further services to Title companies, Trust Attorneys and International clients
