I visited on 10÷09÷15 (sometime after 6pm)… Not too much going on at this location. Basic store; Basic products — smaller than your average store. However, the staff is definitely friendly and helpful. The gentlemen that assisted me made a sale due to the simple fact that he was engaging and attentive to the customer. Okay location. Good selection. Great staff!

He «unlocked» my iPhone 5s, I payed him $ 60 and the other metro stores told me he ripped me off because Virgin mobile won’t work with anybody but sprint… This guy wasted my time and money and he better give me my money back. I had to wait 24 hours for my phone to work but it didn’t and now i can’t even connect it with virgin mobile again cause i can’t receive calls or make them… I don’t know what he did but he messed it up and now I’m in La without a phone and gotta but a new one.

This location is much smaller than the other Metro store (near Lamb and Charleston) but the staff here is friendlier and more knowledgeable.
I visited this shop on Sunday and there was a very helpful and friendly girl working there. The place got VERY busy and she had to deal with several situations that could have been problematic if she didn’t have patience and good customer service skills.
Eventually two other employees showed up to help and they were on top of everything immediately. They answered my questions along with everyone else’s and everyone got excellent service in a timely manner.
I’m not sure, but this might be a family owned business. It has that «mom and pop» good vibe about it. Even more reason I like giving them my business.
Again, don’t let the smaller size of this shop fool you. They have all the same phones that the larger Metro PCS stores have AND better service.
