I’ve been using @boostmobile for nearly 2 years now and I have been satisfied with the service & contracts.$ 50FLATUNL everything-talk, text, web & walkie-talkie. Only 1 occasion it DIDN’ t work & I was in San Francisco-(it said I was outside my calling area) I’ve had this phone now awhile… and now I do alot of tweeting, the wife’s birthday is next week… can you say— UPGRADE.!! Boost has been advertising their NEW lineup of QWERTY phones and the website said $ 129 for the Motorola i465(a blackberry –style lookalike) I called this store and asked if they had this model in stock, they said yes. I explained my status as an existing customer with the Motorola w850 model and they told me yeah $ 129! No suprise. this place is down on Fremont & Charleston and it was too good to be true. Apparently the new model has a SIM card and meant a NEW #, activation FEEs and Another Monthly $$. $ 215 out the door. The guys working here were clueless, they didn’t explain a thing and couldn’t when asked. They never mentioned an fees or anything simply activated the phone said here it is here’s your # and oh by the way $ 215!!1NOT $ 129!:( I wish the people selling the product/service for @boostmobile were a little more knowledgeable & straightforward:(
