MaxVegas Club Crawls

A party bus full of fun people, free alcohol and music that drives you to clubs and lets you cut in front of the lines like the VIP’s we all wish we were.
The bus is the pre, in between and after party so there’s no need for taxi between places, no need to buy overpriced drinks at the clubs, no wasted time standing in lines and no commitment to a club you waited for hours to get into.
It was Halloween night and I was dressed as a doctor with two female x-​rays beside me. We were aimlessly wandering the strip in our costumes when we stopped at PBR Rock Bar & Grill for a drink.
We ended up talking to some other people in Halloween costumes and a guy in a swat team outfit asked us if we were there for the crawl. Since we had no other plans, we asked him to tell us more and were easily convinced to get on board.
His name was Nathan and he mentioned that they have a perfect Unilocal record and I promised to write a review if we had a good time… and believe me we freakin did!
We were introduced to the other participants of the crawl before we got on a bus with limousine like interior and as much drinks as we could handle.
On our way to the first club, we started off getting to know the group over a bottle of champagne. Then the night proceeded to three different clubs that could easily have been all night commitments had we gone by ourselves.
At one of the places it actually seemed like our group wouldn’t even get in due to celebrity presence and a line that likely doubled the population of Nevada.
But Nathan was relentless in making sure the crawl lived up to expectations. He made calls, talked to bouncers and even disappeared for a while and did God knows what before we once again stepped right into the club in front of herds of jealous eyes in the line.
To summarize: We had a great Halloween with fun people and we got drunk on free drinks on a bus that took us to clubs that would have been mostly standing in line experiences otherwise.

You really couldn’t ask for a better way to do Vegas. Not only is it an economical choice, it’s the most stress free. Plus, you are guaranteed to have a great time with the hosts. Gil is an entire party rolled into one man, my friends and I had a great time and we’ll definitely be using it again when we come back to Vegas!

Our second time coming on this club crawl and would NOT go with anyone else. Nathan and Gil are the best hosts you could ask for! Can’t go wrong with FREE drinks at the bar, free drinks on the bus, no cover charges at the clubs and No waiting in line!

AWESOME! Had a blast this weekend thanks to Nathan and the rest of the crew.
Would recommend to everyone. I’ll definitely ride with them again next time I visit Vegas!

Nathan was awesome! He really makes sure everyone is taken care of. The bus is awesome and multiply drinks on deck. Hands down one of the best party buses I’ve been on. We had a guy that was being annoying but Nathan took care of it with a quickness. The clubs they took us too we’re amazing!

Great time with MaxVegas! We meet at PRB and got 2 free drink tickets (well drinks and beer only). Drank, mingled and waited for the rest of the party group to arrive! We had a group of 20ish and we were all able to be on the same bus :) Drinks were served on bus. Thank goodness there was also a restroom on board because I have the worlds smallest bladder and being able to use the restroom on the way to other bar/​club was a huge plus!
Our 2 host, Gil and Krystal were AMAZING and had a great time with them! They were always able to find us and our group. My dress strap broke and my heels were KILLING me (new heels, stupid, I know :() so I didn’t want to look like a hot mess, and ended the night after Light, around midnight.
MaxVegas is def recommended for those who (1) want «free drinks» (got drink tickets to 3 places we went, unsure about Surrender bc I didn’t go) (2) don’t want to deal with entry to bars and clubs (3) want to have a great time!

As a Las Vegas local, I had friends coming into town for a bachelorette party and we were looking for something fun to do on Saturday night after going to a show. I came across the Club Crawl as an option and contacted the company. The hosts (Gil and Nathan) were amazing and provided the fun as soon as we met them! They were so accommodating and even picked us up from the show, which I am sure was not on their normal route. Gil met us at the valet and walked us to the party bus. Great music was playing, alcohol poured immediately (all free and part of the crawl), and lots of fun!
We then went to the Las Vegas sign, which was a perfect addition because none of the girls had seen the sign (plus we needed a great group shot and had yet to get one!). When we first arrived on the bus, we were separated into the front and back of the bus, but once we got back after stopping at the sign, without asking, Gil and Nathan had others move around and our group of 15 were able to sit together as we rode to the next stop (Drai’s and then Château). The hosts were so gracious and really thoughtful. They truly wanted to make sure we were having a great time and enjoying the experience. Being a large group of 15 girls is never easy, but the club crawl made the night run smooth and added an extra level of fun! The bride was so happy with the evening and has not stopped thanking me for finding the Club Crawl.
This company deserves 6 stars! I would highly recommend anyone looking for a great time to contact them. You will not regret it! :D

Great crawl! Fun stops and tons to drink! My girls and I really enjoyed playing tourist for the day and hanging out with the MaxVegas hosts and others on the crawl. They were very personable and made sure we had an awesome time. Thank you maxvegas for giving us a memorable night!

Was in Vegas for a bachelorette party for the weekend and found them last minute to accommodate our group. Best idea we could have found! We all had the best time and each stop was great with just the right amount of time to enjoy before moving on to the next stop. Nathan was our host and we couldn’t ask for a better host. He made sure we all had a great time at each stop and on the bus and made sure no one was left behind. And did I mention it’s all you can drink on the bus?!, so that alone was a major plus! Highly recommend this for anyone looking for a good time!

Met with the host (Nathan) at planet Hollywood, he gave us two tickets each for drinks, then jumped into their luxury limo where he gave us plenty of whisky and hit three clubs, 1) Rock house 2) Drais 3) Château. Drais is one of the Super clubs and we had a blast there. All these for $ 50!!! Just great.
I left the driver of the limo and Nathan a tip just because they were always so nice.

We booked with them and were so pumped about this company. We got a message a few hours before this crawl was set that their tire has a blowout and the rim was bent. They refunded our money but we were on our own to make plans for another pub crawl company. Most others were already booked and it was too late to find a Vegas Show. We ended up at Party Tours crawl with Tazz, and it was the worst night ever. Only 4 people got to enjoy themselves because they were already drunk getting on bus. There were 4 guys to 1 female ratio.
I would have preferred that Nathan from Max Vegas help rebook us on another crawl instead of us paying double for another last minute crawl that was the worst… and this is the 10^th crawl in 5 years we have been on. Customer service was lacking with Max Vegas not doing the leg work and setting us up on another crawl that night or even giving us their crawl at a discounted rate the next night.

Nathan and his staff were so great to us! We booked the day of and had a complicated situation with how people were paying. Bu he accommodated us no problem and showed us a great time! The bus had actual liquor not just coolers and cheap beer. Our whole group was a blast (about 30 of us total) and the clubs we went to were packed some had free drinks and playing good music! I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to do a club crawl in Vegas, for the price we paid we got way more than our money’s worth!

I’m a Vegas local and I had friends from out of town visiting this past weekend. I wanted to make sure I showed them a great time and got them the most bang for their buck. The guys of MaxVegas really came through. Not only was it an OPEN BAR on the party bus, but we each got free drinks at the first two bars. As someone who is habitually thirsty and also broke, free drinks are my life force. There was excellent music and such a party atmosphere on the bus we almost didn’t want to go to the clubs. Any time I have friends in town who are looking for a good time, I’m calling MaxVegas.

I’m a Las Vegas local and have been on the crawl several times. The hosts are great, the drinks are stout, and the venues are always fun and packed! I loved that you are treated like a VIP on the bus. And then when you get to the clubs you don’t wait in line and you walk right in! The atmosphere the hosts provide is second to none. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a fun, stress-​free Vegas experience!

So some friends and I came out to Vegas from Los Angeles during MDW 2015 to celebrate two birthdays! I had been doing research about Party Buses and this one really caught my eye with all the 4 – 5 star ratings and positive comments! I contacted Nathan about a week before our trip and he broke everything down for me and I was sold! Not only did he get back to me immediately but also gave me his cell to contact him after work hours if I had additional questions or concerns (thanks man)!
Nathan kept in contact with me leading up to Sunday! On Sunday night, he met my friends and I at Valet of Planet Hollywood and walked us to the meet up spot! It was a lot of people dressed up and ready to have a great time! We got to the bus and it was huge (a tour bus), flashing lights, good music, and plenty of space for everyone! Once we took off, the drinks began to pour and the real fun began! Lol
Due to it being MDW, the lineup changed a little but we knew that beforehand! The first spot was the Vegas Sign, second spot was Château and the final stop was Life at SLS! It was such a fun night and worth the price! To be honest, the most fun that we had was partying and dancing on the actual bus! Lol
I would definitely recommend this company and will be doing the Party Bus again when I get back to Vegas!

Had an AMAZING time! Nathan was a great host. We even had issues with the groupon and 2 people from our group got free admissions. We got free entry to the all clubs and drink specials. Definitely using the pub crawl every time I come to Vegas. It’s a must do on your trip

This party bus was awesome! Bumpin’ music, dranks in between, bottle service at Rockhouse. The hosts were all super friendly and knew how to keep the party going. No lines or cover fees. The hosts were super organized and made sure that we all knew the meet-​up times. Shout out to Shay for hanging out with Alex and I afterwards when we didn’t feel like going home.
I’d definitely recommend this group and would party with them again!

This club crawl was so much fun! So glad I decided on this company.
I found them via Unilocal and the reviews are all on point. I used the the Unilocal promo code to purchase tickets. I think it was well organized. The meeting point was smooth. 1 ticket for a drink at PBR bar. Our hosts were awesome and
kept the energy going on the bus. To stress again, no lines, no cover, or waiting occurred at any of the clubs we went too that night.
Highly recommend and will absolutely do it again in the future!

This is definitely the way to go in Vegas! This was my 1^st time in Vegas. I used the service the 1^st night because we had no idea where to go out. It was so much fun that we booked again for the 2^nd night! The service is outstanding and worth the price.
Nathan is an excellent host. He knew exactly what we wanted to do and made sure that we were having fun at each location. Sam, the driver, had the bus turned up!
I recommend this for everyone who wants to enjoy the nightlife in Vegas!
