Took in a suede boot to the Rampart location for a heel replacement. Friendly service, very reasonable price, work was done on the day it was promised, and the repair was as good as new. I’d go back next time I need a shoe repair.

this isn’t for the rampart branch but MAGICSHOEREPAIR at 5000 W. Charleston Blvd #C. these guys need to pack up and leave Las Vegas for wasting people’s money. Claiming they repair but they don’t. I went to have a portion of my TORYBURCH bag handles sewn about an inch to close up and strenghten the seam. They charged me $ 10.00. I said reasonable. When i came back OMG they handsewn it like it was a hole in a sock and the stitches were on all directions. When I asked why was it done that way, take note what this ALEX guy replied. That’s what your $ 10.00 can do!!! whatda!!! OMG i almost smacked his face with my bag. On second thought that ass____doesn’t deserve my attention. Pack up and leave Vegas people. Nasty, nasty customer service!

I brought my work shoes here to be repaired. I am a cocktail waitress, so I need high shoes with grip on the bottom. New grip was added, the original insole was repaired with leather, a metal piece was put in one shoe where it was broken. Went to pick up my shoes, the left shoe was still broken. Dropped them off Thursday, he told me they would be fixed before Saturday. Woke up from a nap and he still hasn’t called so now I have no shoes to wear to work. Terrible customer service, would not recommend.

I’ve never gotten a pair of shoes repaired, I typically just live with broken heel tips, and eventually get new shoes. But because I love a pair of shoes so much, I decided to get take them to a shoe repair shop. My husband mentioned that this guy does«sign flipping» for a new shoe repair place by our house, so I figured that I’d give them a try. Nice and convenient, and eager for new business. I go to the shop and drop off my favorite pumps which were in need of new heel tips, and see what they could do about the«slip» of a new pair of python flats that I got. As I stated before, I’m new to this shoe repair business. The customer service lady kept on pointing out things that were wrong with my shoes, and talked me into $ 96 worth of work. For the pumps: new insoles, heel tips, and reinforcing the front of the sole. For the flats, rubber soles, and regluing the front. When she quoted me, the newbie to shoe repair, I just agreed, thinking that this was normal, and that I’d be über satisfied. They quoted me a week, and I returned a bit after their courtesy call for pick up with my 2 toddlers. Upon inspection, the only bit that I was satisfied with was the heel tip, which was the only work I should’ve agreed upon. The insoles were cheap leather, the reinforcement looked like old leather, the rubber soles on the flats cut off unevenly, and worst of all, the glue job looked like it hadn’t been done. The lady stated that I could leave the shoes, and they’d fix them. As it’s difficult for me to run this type of errand, I refused to leave them, so she had her«boss» fix the shoes. He fixed one to my satisfaction, as my two kids and I sat in the store that reeked of strong chemicals like glue and shoe polish. I then asked them to fix the other shoe. When she returned it to me, the glue was all over the front. These are a $ 1000 pair of python flats that now have a bunch of glue on the front. I paid $ 22 for them to put what looked like gorilla glue all over them. I told them my discontent, and they still made me pay for it. Please save your money and your shoes! Go elsewhere!
