Super quick and easy to do! I’ll definitely be a returning customer. I called in last week like on ⁷⁄₉ and they said they can have someone out on ⁷⁄₁₃. that didn’t bother at all cause I was grateful to them!
After I made the appointment they sent me an email with my invoice that I can pay right on line which I did. Come Monday morning all I had to do was leave my backyard gate open & then I got home & BAM my backyard was so nice and it was picked up! Not to mention it smelled great! I would refer them to anyone who needs helps! Thanks again!

Last night my roommate was upset that I hadn’t picked up my dog’s poo in quite a while. So, while he was asleep, I contacted a few companies to see if anybody could come today to scoop my yard ASAP. Several people wrote back that they were available, but I went with M&N. They gave one of the lowest quotes, and they were the only one I didn’t find on Craigslist. I usually go the Craigslist route only as a backup. Anyway, I was able to schedule a very early appointment via texting Mike, and I paid in advance using PayPal so that I didn’t have to get out of bed when they came this morning. So all of us are waking up right now, I look out the window to my backyard and all the poop is gone like magic! This was a very quick and easy process with Mike, and he made me look good this morning.

I would like to start off by saying I purchased a groupon. I had every intention of «getting a great deal» and then hiring them for a regular price. I was never given an actual date on when they’d come. It was «Monday’s or Wednesdays» I will apologize in saying that two times that they came out my gate was not open. I will not leave my house accessible to anyone because I’m waiting for someone to randomly show up. Two times I was never notified of the day they’d come or that my gate was not open, obviously. I had to contact the number from the groupon. When I apologized, even though I shouldn’t have I was told they’d arrive the next week. They arrived today and left a note stating they would not return until the gate was open. It was open they never tried to get in. I contacted the number I had before and was told they were «wasting a lot of gas coming for a groupon.» I have pictures of these messages and will be reporting this to groupon as well. Seems like a good deal of you feel comfortable leaving your home exposed for someone to randomly show up and if there’s an issue for it to be ignored.
