Linh’s Alterations

Hello! Is there anyone who may have a personal contact for this business? I was not able to have my bridesmaid dress picked up earlier this evening and I was wondering if there was a way to contact them. Please let me know! It would be such a great help! Thank you!

I’ve had my alterations done here before and they did a great job however I just had my drycleaning done and that’s a WHOLE other story.
I just came to pick up my drycleaning and didn’t bring my receipt. To be fair they didn’t tell me to however I probably should have.
They couldn’t find my stuff and I tried to ask them how long it would be because I was late for a meeting. I wrote down my name and phone number for her as she asked and she kept asking me if «Rachel» was my first name. After clarifying multiple times another person who worked there joined to help find my belongings. I informed them several times it was 3 pants and 1 jacket. They said «we can’t find it. are you sure no one else picked it up?»
Finally one of the other girls located my items which were right where the one lady was looking. She went on to say «you said your name was Rachel but this is a different name.» I look on the sheet and clear as day it said RACHEL.
Because of this confusion I won’t be back to this business. They did call me after to apologize which was nice but how that whole situation was handled left me very upset and unsettled.

These folks did a great job on my suit alterations and in time for my planned Christmas party. I’ll be back again.

Amazing work and good customer service. The ladies here are so nice :) I took my bridesmaid dress to get hemmed and takin in a bit and the price was very reasonable. Will definitely go back for any future alterations.

GREAT GREAT WORK!!! I needed to have a suit tailored in 4 hrs the first time I walked into the store. They went above and beyond to make sure it happened. I worked with Mary she is SO NICE! I wasn’t even charged extra for rushed service.
Don’t waste your money at other places.

Pleased with the alterations I had done here for a bridesmaid dress. Quick turn around time too. The staff is friendly and welcoming when you arrive and take their time addressing your needs. I will be back for further alteration help. Very pleased.

My wife referred me to Linh’s Alterations to have a suit altered. I was going to a wedding, and the suit had not been worn in over 4 years, so there were plenty of alterations that needed to be done. I am a kayak guide, and don’t normally wear a suit, unless it is the swimming kind. I usually feel as though I look ridiculous in formal clothing.
Linh’s Alterations did the work of tailoring the suit to my personal dimensions, as well as having the suit cleaned, and they did it quickly. The staff are patient, friendly, and very good at what they do. I was unrushed in trying the suit on and confirming that I was content with the alterations required.
I honestly think that I have never looked better in a suit than now. I am so pleased with Linh’s Alterations for helping me feel as though I actually look great!

I had some dresses altered. When I pick them up, they seem to be still loose in the same areas. I really didn’t see where they altered the dresses. But they charged me $ 50 for each dress to be altered in the boob area. One of their suggestions was to tuck the boobs way down in the dress and then zip up the dress. I don’t understand why I paid $ 50 to still have to do so many other things besides just put the dress on. They were ready on time just not to my satisfaction.

Incredible, speedy service. I was in Vegas for a couple days, and figured I’d try to knock out a tailoring errand instead of waiting for a busy weekend in Los Angeles, or San Diego. Brought my simple lace wedding dress there to get taken in, and have bra cups sewn in. Took it in at 11am on a Friday. I tried on the dress and two of the women were fiddling with things, and I knew that they knew exactly what they were doing. They promised next day service– dress to be picked up at 5pm. I called the next day and it was ready by noon! I wasn’t in a super rush to begin with, but what great service. Who wants to fuss with alterations that take weeks? PLUS… it was only $ 30! The quality was great. Now I just wish I could have Linh and her girls closer for all my dry cleaning/​tailoring/​alterations…

Very quick with my alterations and everything fit perfectly. Was a lot cheaper than I was expecting too. Definitely plan to use them for future alterations

I took a bridesmaids dress in because it was way too frumpy around the waist and bottom. The woman who checked me in was so friendly and even complimented the color of my hair. I picked up my dress today and it fit like a glove. No lines of demarcation at all! Overall I loved my experience here and will be returning if I need any other alterations in the future!

I LOVE this place. They are extremely fast and their prices are very reasonable. I had a white pea coat that was completely ruined by cranberry vodka. I brought it in and they somehow got it out and it looks brand new. Also, I take all my alterations here and they always come out perfect. There is never any miscommunication and the people are so nice. It might sound crazy but I drive across town to come here because all of the other places I have been to, do not do anything right!

Came here to hem and taper a pair of pants for a wedding. I decided to bring a few other pairs of old pants I have not worn because of the fit and I am glad I did. I was greeted by Marie, who I believe is the owner and she assisted me from trying on the pants to how I wanted them altered. The process was very easy and Marie and her workers made it more of a breeze. They were all extremely kind and so helpful. The pants were done in a couple days and when I went to pick them up, I tried them on to make sure they were done correctly and they were perfect! Marie’s daughter helped me with the checkout, and was also extremely kind and helpful. Overall, their customer service was outstanding and am completely satisfied with the alterations as well. Definitely recommended!

I wish I could give a negative review! Terrible! When you walk in they look at you with a dumbfounded look like are you lost? Is this a business or what? What happened to customer service? Do you want clean clothes? This is NOT the place to get them cleaned! They will leave everything as it was and maybe press and hang your item then call it clean! Don’t go! Waste of time and money!

I am so happy i found this place. I have brought in many items to get hemmed or fixed. They do a great job everytime. I recently brought my daughter. We found the perfect ball gown, but the straps constantly fell down. Not only did they tighten the straps, but they actually redid the whole look and made the strap split into two… forming a sash like strap. Very classy! Highly recommend this place! Very fast service. we got it back within a day!

Love this place ! Needed my three layer wedding dress altered. I came in, put on my dress they did all the measurements. Four days later I picked up my wedding dress and it fit me beautifully! The prices here are amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone :)

I’m always satisfied with this place. Had 2 suits to be dry cleaned and had alterations im done on one of my jeans. Original hem and they always turn out well. I will keep coming back.
