I put one star down because no stars wasn’t an available option. I called them at noon on Friday because our door lock wasn’t working and they said they would send someone. At 5 pm I called and asked where a technician was and was told that «He would have to call him and see where he was and that he would call me back.» It’s wednesday and no Locksmith and no call back. Good thing I found another who actually wanted my money. Thanks for nothing guys. Good thing it wasn’t an actual emergency. Never again, if you want a GOOD locksmith, hit me up and ill recommend the one that actually came.

Just had a smart key done for a lexus, the dealer told me I have to leave the car there for two days and had to wait and pay for the key to be program, stopped at joy’s for 5 min and got the key for less then 70% of what the local dealers were asking me to pay. Will recommend to all my friends and family!!!

Whoever runs this place needs to check themselves. When I call and ask someone for a price I do not want to be called a liar on the phone. I was calling around to get a couple of prices to have a door re-​keyed. I only got a quote from one place which quoted me with a solid $ 49 plus extra depending on the key. I called the same guy twice on accident and he said it sounds like you are just shopping around-​well obviously or I wouldn’t have called. He called me a liar and told me that I recently just called from a blocked number. I am going off of Unilocal and did not realize I called the same company. He was like well if you want to do you if you don’t you don’t with a complete attitude. I am surprised this company gets any business with how they treat prospective customers. I will NOT have you re-​key my lock. If you act like that on the phone I could only image how rude you are in person. He asked me who else I called and I told him I called 24 – 7 but did not get a quote from them yet. He instantly told me that I do not want to use them because they are horrible and shady. Well sir, sounds like you are the horrible shady one.

RUDE RUDE RUDE. If I had the option to put a negative 5 star on this I would. I am seriously amazed how rude someone can be. I work for a company and we usually always call to get prices for our preferred vendors list. I decided to call Las Vegas Key Shop because they have 5 stars. I have no idea how they have 5 stars… it seriously blows my mind. I called and was speaking to some guy– should of gotten his name. It sounded like I woke him up and he was just not a happy camper. Not only did I feel rushed but out of kindness I asked him if he was busy at the moment. He answered with” NO, I am obviously talking to you right now right?” Um seriously? so I responded with «You extremely rude, Never mind we do not want to use you guys» then he told me to kiss his ass. Okay absolutely not. UNPROFESSIONAL and it seriously disgust me how someone can be so crewel. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

I just called a Las Vegas Key Shop Because my friend locked her baby in the car and they came out and opened it at no charge. I like this company as they were only concerned about the baby and not about getting paid. This company deserves my rating.

Excellent service. Honest and timely. Needed them for an emergency service. They were prompt, and did not try to up sell and rob me. Very professional. I have had others try to take advantage of the situation. They didn’t and That is appreciated.
