Las Palmas Apartments

great location, convenient and close to the strip, shopping. great place to live. interior walls are solid concrete. interior floors and ceiling are solid concrete. the building is in good structure for the age. i love the balcony windows, as well, has a very large balcony. so far, very happy!

These apartments have really went down hill. I’ve lived here for 3yrs now and now 3 different companies have owned them. Do not move here you’ll really regret it. There are always maintenance issues either no hot water, water or AC. The Management is awful. The girls up front incompetent. They either never answer when you call and never return your messages.

Moved in in november, they lie about turning on and off ac to units. Filing a certified complaint to have them fix aircondition which they have 48 hours to do. Unacceptable for someone who has a heart sickness

Horrible, mismanaged. There’s been 4 managers in 6 months. They are now saying people didn’t pay rent from last month, when the statements show that you have. Pools were closed for 4 months because they didn’t pay health department fines. Be weary.

As a resident of this community, I would have to say that I am so pleased to call Las Palmas Apts HOME. I am one lucky person. I don’t know of any other community this close to the strip with such beautiful grounds, great views, pools, fitness center, clubhouse (with the FREE WIFI, super nice) and hot tub. I live two blocks from the Mono-​rail where I can take it to the strip for just a buck! Great for those working there and not wanting to drive. park and risk theft of stuff in car! The leasing staff is amazing and friendly. They have already had 2 pool parties this year and some pretty great deals with local businesses. Once a month Pizza Hut comes out with hot pizzas and sells them to Las Palmas Residents for just $ 6! Can’t get that deal anywhere else! Our street is quiet and has virtually NO FOOT-​TRAFFIC. This is important because this neighborhood is full of foot traffic. If people are walking down this street, it’s because they live here or know someone here! They are very pet friendly and even have a building here that has an elevator! How nice for those guys! The Laundry Rooms are large and clean. I am able to swim/​tan and do laundry all at once! I LOVE IT! My rent is at a respectable rate, but I think I am getting a steal if you add in all the amenities, the view, our location and the first class service I receive… I think I am robbing them blind! LOL… Really great community! If you’re reading this, you must be interested in the property… stop reading in go VISIT IT! I know that they take walk-​in tours, I was one and I signed my lease the SAME DAY! Hope to see you here soon!

I live in Las Palmas for a little over 2 years. first year was great. i deiced to upgrade to a 1 bedroom instead of a studio. as soon as i moved into the 1 bedroom i had problems with the apt. cockroaches everywhere, things were constantly breaking because maintenance sucks. i can fix things better and I’m a girl! also my utility bill was always from 90 – 150 bucks. yes the power is included in the utilities. how does my power come so expensive when i work 2 jobs and I’m never home. i never leave the lights on, nor do i own a tv, or radio or anything fancy. i don’t have time. bus somehow my power bill always was super high. also they control the a/​c and the heater. yes, u cant use it until they turn it on. what the heck! i don’t know if things got worse because they switched management or what but certain people in the leasing office are rude. except for Travis he was always sweet. i would give a two star but they really sucked the last year i lived there. rent is cheap but they get u with the utility bill.

One of the best kept secrets in Las Vegas. Hidden just off the Strip behind the Wynn Gold Course along the monrail path just behind the Mardi Gras Best Western and Embassy Suites, i/​2 block from the Sands or Las Vegas Convention Center. Within 2 lights of Terribles Casino or the Desert Inn arterial. This place has 3 swimming pools and a hot tub, a large fitness room/​community center with big screen tv and comfy couches. Very shaded property with babbling brook running throught he property. Laundry Facilities and payphones. About 10 – 12 building 2−3−4 storys. Very large 1 bderrom/​1 bath aprtments 700 – 800 sq. ft for $ 700+ /​mo with a utility allowance. Move-​in specials for $ 99-​$ 399. Older fixtures and appliances-​Large bedrrom and Large pation. Very thick walls so you dont ever hear your neighbors. Lots of BBQ pits right outside your door. Super clean, quiet and cheap living right off the strip
