I give it 5 starts because:
1. Price is really good! You get free internet, water, gas, trash and sewer!
2. Plenty of parking, never a problem.
3. Near strip, location cant be beat!
4. Jessica, the apartment manager is awesome! Clint, the maintence guy is cute.
5. Nice pool, always well mainted.
6. No deposit.
Cons:
1. It’s in muder central however there is a police station so not that bad.
2. Building is really run down but I never had any break ins.
3. You have to turn on your own electricity so you may not be able to stay there the first night.
4. I dont think you are allowed pets.
5. Tons of cockroaches!
6. Need new toilets, I think the ones there now have been there since the 60’s.
