King of Condos

My name is David Kohlmeier and I own 17 properties. I currently have been using King of Condos for renting out my condo at SKY Las Vegas. Jason and his team go above and beyond for me and my condo. They are always there for me when I have questions. I highly recommend them for any property management needs. He also has an interior decorator that is awesome to use. I was told that the apartment that I was going to rent was going to be remodeled with hard wood flooring to replace the carpeting. I thought that it was strange that they weren’t letting me in to see the work. Finally I just knocked on the door and was allowed to look in the place which was only getting a fresh coat of paint. They at least repaired the walls, but I based my decision on the promises of an agent, that they fired. But they never contacted me to ask what he had promised. Long story, short, I have only a few days to find a new place because King of Condos couldn’t even suggest any possible corrections. There are plenty of people to help you rent a place in Las Vegas, and these guys are not trust worthy.
Here is an update. Nearly 5 weeks after I moved in to my new apartment, David T. contacted me and asked me to remove my review based on the fact that they had fired the agent that originally lied to me. But, unfortunately they never told me he was fired, nor did they ask me what I was promised. To make matters worse, they intentionally impeded my chances of checking out the progress on the apartment. It appeared as if they were waiting for my move in date to come, so that I would have no choice but to move into the apartment. Common sense never came into play. They had so many opportunities to correct the problem and they chose the option of crossing their fingers and hoping that I didn’t find out until my move in date when I would be stuck with the apartment. Once again, there are many good, reliable and ethical real estate agents in Las Vegas. King of Condos is one of the companies to avoid.
Update #2 — To clear things up for Jason T. who is confused by the fact that I said that they had fired the agent, then I said that they never told me the agent was fired in the update. The update was referring to the fact that they didn’t initially contact me to tell me he was fired and find out what he promised. Yes, I eventually learned he was fired when they wanted to use that as an explanation for why the remodeling wasn’t done as promised. This information came very late, at a point where they wouldn’t have time to resolve it before I moved in.
My point still remains that if you fire a guy for lying to your clients, you should then immediately contact whomever he was dealing with and find out what promises were made. Doesn’t this seem like common sense?

King of Condos goes above and beyond taking care of their customers. I was new to town and was looking for something specific. As soon as something came available I received a phone call. Not only did they get me into an amazing place, but they did the leg to work ensure there were no issues upon moving in. I would high recommend giving them a call when you are looking for a new place. I know I will!

So I had bad experiences with realty firms in the past when I lived in San Francisco and Boston, so I was skeptical when I approached King of Condos. However, I couldn’t be happier with the professionalism, friendliness and overall ease of looking for an apartment in Las Vegas.
One day after I submitted an inquiry regarding an apartment at Palms Place, I was contacted by Helder who took the time to discuss my wants and needs in what I was looking for in a residency. With that information, he gave me an overall outlook on what each location entailed (Palms Place, Sky, Turnberry, Panorama Towers, and Veer… which I greatly appreciated bc I had no idea what to expect in Las Vegas). Additionally, I with my extremely dynamic and unpredictable schedule, Helder made quick rearrangements to fit with my schedule so I was able to see all locations I was interested in. After my selection, Helder walked me through the entire application process (remotely, since I travel a lot) and made sure all of my requests were met before I moved in. He joined me for the inspection and followed-​up with any necessary action items and repairs needed before my final move into the apartment. It showed he genuinely cared that I enjoy the apartment from the beginning through my entire lease. Lastly, there was no outrageous brokerage fee charged at the end!

Overall, I was very lucky to have Helder help me and have my back through the entire rental process… and it must speak a lot to type of agents King of Condos employs. If you’re looking for a residency at one of the Vegas high-​rises, I strongly suggest going through this realty agency.

I joined the king of condos website and got assigned to an amazing agent, Barbara Twarowska. She called me right away and we discussed what I was looking for. She listened to me and sent me properties that matched exactly what I was looking for. We were extremely happy with her thoroughness and ability to find us exactly the type of home we were looking for. Would highly recommend working with her!

I came across this site looking for a high rise to move to… something other then a regular apartment. It put me in contact with Ivan Diaz. He was an amazing help in finding me the perfect place. I wasnt able to make a trip to Vegas to view any of the available locations at the time, so any property I decided on was sight unseen. Ivan provided sufficient info on the one I decided on… any questions I had he was able to answer. The whole process felt flawless. No regrets once I moved in.
